- The thing I most like the number of clubs in the college for every field .If you have any talent u can showcase it in the college events.
- The infrastructure of the college is very good, all the equipments required for my course available ,The faculty is highly experienced with great knowledge they want the students to be curious and focus on practical teaching method.
- There's a open auditorium in the college where all the students meet you can socialise with them and can make new friends
Dislikes
- I don't like the percentage criteria in the college , you have to maintain 75% percentage attendance in the mid sem also to sit in the exam.
- There are maintained volleyball court , Badminton court , Basketball court etc. I think they should also pay attention toh football court because it is not maintained.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Physics Hons because I have an interest in physics and concepts of how nature works. In the first year, you have to study Mechanics and mathematical physics and any two elective courses, in the next year, you have to study electromagnetism and optics, and Quantum mechanics in the 3rd year. If you want to pursue higher studies you can prepare for the IIT JAM exam and pursue your master's degree for IIT and if you want to go for higher studies, you can do PhD by taking the GATE examination. Physics is a subject that can be boring without real-world practicality. So, my suggestion is that teachers should do practical to make it more interesting.
Fees and Financial Aid
So, the fees vary according to the scholarships claimed by the student (if eligible). I have 92 % in 10th and 82% in 12th, so I get 5000 off the Base fees. The scholarships are 25% for Hill state students by applying domicile, 5% for government personnel ward, 7.5 % for the sibling discount, 10% for girl candidates, and academic scholarship based on 12th percentage or entrance exam. My total fee for 1 year is 82000. The admission fee is 5000, the enrollment fee is 3000, the registration fee is 1500, and the caution fee is 3000(refundable) There are other charges like Examination fees=7000/year, Library fees=5000/year, Insurance fees =1000/year, sports fees=1000/year, Transportation fees=3000/year. (Fees and scholarships are the same for all categories)
Campus Life
There are many events held now and then in the college. The most popular one is the grafest which is an annual college event, There are also hackathons organised for the CSE-related courses. There are also sports tournaments organized in the college to showcase your sports skills and win prizes. There are a variety of books available in the library in every subject you can issue a book for 3 months after those 5 rupees per day is charged. There are various student-run social clubs for music, esports, NCC, etc. You can join them to improve your personality.
Admission
I chose this college because it is NAAC+++ graded, and the infrastructure is also very good. The fees are also less than the other colleges I searched Because of the scholarships. I also took CUET but unfortunately, couldn't get admission to government colleges. If you want to know about the admission process you should be 12th passed from any known board, the exams accepted are 12th board percentage, Jee percentile, and cuet percentile. Most students preferred the cuet exam because it is comparatively less hard than Jee mains.
Faculty
There are experienced faculty needed for every field. The relationship between faculty and student depends on the behaviour of student if the student is good then they are also good. Id you have any issue related to anything you can always go to the class coordinator for help they will surely help you There are 2 exams conducted in a semester mid sem exams and end sem exams . 25% marks of mid sem are added in the total semester result. The exams are easy if you study consistently
