Course Curriculum Overview
If want to be a graduate from a recognised University you can join by appearing in entrance exam. BSc Zoology and then MSc Zoology opens many platforms for you. Either you can join research or you have many options like PGT exams.
Placement Experience
After completing the PG course you have options for the placements offered by various companies. Coaching Institute like Allen, Akash visit the campus for placement yearly basis. Various companies which are in the field of pharmaceuticals like Junilant Biosys visit the campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure vary according to course and subject combination. At the time of admission extra 3000 +200 rupees is charged including counselling fee with 8272 rupess of course fee. Fee structure semester wise first semester fee is approx to 8500 amd second semester is approx 4500 rupess, but this may vary with what combination of subjects you choose. In case of genetics, genomics the fee is around 22000 thousand per semester. This fee is including all the expenses which a University charges You can apply for the scholarship which is funded by the government of Uttar Pradesh, and you will get the amount equal to fee of both the semesters. The candidates belonging to the SC/ST community can take admission on the scholarship basis and they have to pay the fee after awarding the scholarship.
Campus Life
The books and journals are easliy available in Tagore Library and CLL(Cooperative Lending Library). They provide books for one week to 6 months returning policy. Classes are well equipped with poper point projectors and other facilities which can be. In the campjs there are 3 large playgrounds and sports are available and it has a speciifc course for sports. Campus Students runs various social organisations, online, offline discussion platforms.
Admission
I have not applied for any other college because it is one of the best campus where you have a freedom to interact and develop yourself. You can join various small groups which are oriented for weekly discussion on various issues. Admisson process is completely on entrance and merit based. You have to apply and appera in the exam for admission.
Faculty
The ratio is 40 student per faculty. Faculty is easily excessible to every student and they try to solve the doubts of the students. Prof. Abhinav Kumar (Department of Chemistry)- The is among 2% top most scientist of the world. He has a great knowledge of chemistry and his teaching is applaudable. Prof. Shalie Malik (Department of Zoology)- Her teaching and interaction is super. She believes in interactive type of teaching and most important thing she has great memory retention capability. There is semester system and it help half yearly basis. The questions are easy to moderate but marking sysyem is very hard. So you have to be well prepared for clearing the semster exam.
