- Campus was clean and neat , the opportunity or platform which university has provided for the university are mind blowing. They need to change there hostel facilities more facilities need to provided in bos hostel
- My engagement is college was too good and quality of social interction is also good as tbey provide opportunity for inteaction. Placement cell provide you good platform for jobs and intern.
- Facility is also good plus we got benefit if facilities is not we got an option for replacement of facilities
Dislikes
- Hostel facilites are not good in boys hostel
- Mess food is d grade and the library system need to be change as book self remained open upto 4 after that only sitting are is available
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum prepares you for the hard work that you have to do to get a good placement . The areas need to improve is maths and mechanical. Exams are taken weekly . Teaching method is one of the crucial thing for me. I am lucky to have such a great professors
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements but the condiditon applies u shouldnot have any reappear. Multiple companies has visited probably more than 100 , Razoprpay,Amazon,Salesforce,TechMahindra, optimyzer, Makemytrip,adobe,philips,hcl,tcs Higest package is 35 lakh and average is around 5.25lakh 80% student got placed
Fees and Financial Aid
I took admission in chitkara university in 2020 at that time fee is 1,64,000 per year and it take increment 40000 per year, hostel fee is 48,000 and now its 65000 , admission fee is 20 ,000, registration fee is 1500. No other hidden or compulsory charges is there, no type of scholarship is provided but there are sum finacial aid is provided if your sibling is also pursuing his degree fron the same college
Campus Life
Rangrezz( chitkara fest ) which held in october and college arrange multiple events on festival and there is funky friday on alternatives week . ranges are preety good . facilites and technologies provisions is also excellent , availablites is always there
Hostel Facilities
facilites in the room depneds which hostel you opttided , if you opptied ac one there will be ac , freeze and induction is avaialabe on every second floor meal in the mess is below average you can apply hostel registartion on online portal rajpura and banur is good place for opted pg and flat
Admission
Ya, i have filleed my application in multiple college and i also qut qualified for admission , srm, thapar, vit , ipu and many more but chitkara is closed to my hometown and fee struction is also reasonable for me . The only paramater which matter is placement and this our university provide placement in the starting of sixt sem where other college couldn't. Admission process is also an easy task, you need to fill your application form and then there will be counceling on your mains/higher education marks ,
Faculty
Bond between students and teachers depends on how we behave but ya if we talk about how availability of facilities are so its to easy to communicate with them they are available most of the time through calls,whatapp or mails. Exams are too much as we have 4 time class test in a semester i e of 20 marks one half sem ppr i e of 50 marks ,then final ppr i.e 80 marks. So ya papers are difficult and more than 25 % studnets got fail
