I would recommend to my juniors that you should admission in this college. Very neat and clean college campus. A big playground is available for all students. I would love to play varieties of games with my mates.

Zoology is a branch of biology which specializes in the study of animals both living and extinct, including their anatomy and physiology, embryology, genetics, evolution, classification, habits, behavior, and distribution.

No, no internships are provided by the college or the department. Neither any stipend is given by the college. Since there are no internships available, you have to work hard. There is no internship available here.

Very good placements. Many of our seniors are studying in the USA and other countries. And many students are studying outside the West Bengal. Minimum 10% of students are studying in the USA and other countries. And a minimum of 50% of students and studying outside the West Bengal.

Firstly, Fresher's welcome is conducted by the department, followed by the Student's Union and College. Additionally, Swaraswati puja is celebrated in elegance. Besides, a College Social function is organized by the College Student's Union.

Many scholarships are given by the college who are the domicile at the college level. Run by the government of West Bengal and its subsidiary departments, the scholarships for West Bengal govt aim at supporting meritorious, deserving and underprivileged students of the state.
Campus Life
The campus life is good enough. There are fields for playing football, badminton, and cricket. Besides, the gymnasium is available. One can read books in the Central Library of the college. They can also play table tennis or carrom according to their will. Annual sports are also conducted.
Hostel Facilities
Firstly, there are no hostel facilities available here. If you live far away, you can stay here as Paying Guest or at any mess nearby. But, no accommodation is presented by the college/department. You can rent a room by the way.

Exam Structure
Presently the exam structure, due to new regulations, the semester is creeping up from this year,2018. Papers are expected to be much scoring. In the past, the exam structure was of a 3years course, and after each year, a test examination is taken by the college and then by the University of Calcutta.
Admission
The process of application is online and offline. Candidates have to download the application form online and submit at college. The minimum eligibility for admission in UG courses 10+2 in relevant stream with at least 50% aggregate marks.
Faculty
The teachers are very helpful. They have awesome personalities. They are overqualified. Also, they are higher educated. They help us very much. Their teaching skills are quite good. They behaved with us like their son or daughter. They also teach their topics through the projector.
