Entrance Preview
I passed the examination of IIT JEE(MAIN), and got required rank to get this course in which i was intrested and I had choice of this college because this one is good in stream of metallurgy branch.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is good enough and this is also good guided by its department's faculties. All faculties are educated from good college and universities. The course is all about to study the world of materials about its characteristics from microscopic level to macroscopic one. Required facilties of labs and instruments are provided to understand the things of studies.
Internships Opportunities
I have done one internship from Bhilai steel plant which was long for one month and the second training was also done here for two weeks.
Placement Experience
Good and average, here you can get nice job in core companies, analytical companies, and software companies.
College Events
Some of the attracted and facinated festivals are organised in this college such that they are Avartan tech festival, Eklectika cultural festival, summer sports festival.

Hostels are awesome, you get all fecilities in the hostel of Nit Raipur, here you can nutrients diets, sports facilities, reading sections, elevator facilities, etc.

If the students in any branch become top three in their respective years, they can get scholarship from the director and one can get loan of study for four years from bank situated near the campus.
Campus Life
Various types of workshops are organised in the campus such as robotics, computer codings, on electronis devices,etc. Various events are organised in tech fest such as robo wars in which robots from various coleeges are allowed to do fights between them, and winner is awarded by attractive prizes. There is a commite in the college which organises the debate competitions among students.

The alumini network and senior students are somehow cooperative in procedures of placement on campus, they help in providing the true informations about their companies and also provide HR's helps the students of final year always are connected with them and try to get more informations from companies they are connected with each other by means of social medias,mobile contacts and through college placement centre.
