The positive remark is that it's more focussed on education in making the student's industry ready by providing workshops, activities, talks, etc. The negative remark would be that there are no many extracurricular activities to interact with others. The time tables are not organized and scheduled well.

Entrance Exam, Merit List

The courses provided by the University are not upgraded to the emerging industry trends and technologies. Hence, the college has set up other learning methods for new technology. The credit based learning is applicable for exams. 6 subjects with 2 labs make one semester and semester exams are conducted.

Companies like Amazon, VMWare, Infosys appear for placements. The college has provided the industry with a high number of recruits. The college is known for breaking the record of the count of placed students in the city every year. The companies that come are the desired ones of the students. No, the college does not provide an internship.

The National Technical fest-Tiara is the mega event that takes place every year. This fest conducts cultural, gaming, technical, non-technical events where students from all over the country can register and participate. Sports Day is an event where the students showcase their sportsman spirit by competing. Each department has its own events conducted on Engineer's Day. Educational expos bring in honored guests of reputed institutes.

For the students enrolling through the merit list, the fee is very less as they receive concession and the same can be renewed every year during fee payment. For the ones admitted through entrance exams, depending on the ranks the fee structure varies. The management seats are not expensive too.

The college does not provide scholarship facilities but they do provide information about scholarships from government or other external sources. The college supports the students in availing of loan facilities from banks. Also, the fee can be paid in installments.

Extracurricular activities are less compared to other colleges in the city as they are focussed on the educational sector. Labs are well maintained with the necessary types of equipment. The lab technicians are more helpful than the faculty. Sports opportunities and activities are extremely good. The college has won many prizes in the sports sector. Also, the physical education faculty is very friendly.

The alumni love coming back to the college and meeting the faculties and also see the campus getting better every year in its looks. The senior students are very helpful in choosing subjects and helping us out regarding projects.

I attempted to answer the COMEDK entrance exam. On securing a rank, I attended the counseling process where I had the option of choosing 3 colleges. Looking into the availability of seats in the current college, I chose it as my first option. Therefore, I was enrolled in the college and course of my choice and visited the college for approval to join.

The faculty has good knowledge of not only the subjects they teach but also out of syllabus subject matters and about the new technologies. They try to make each student industry ready. They also help the students using their level best.
