Remarks

There are only positive remarks for college. There is no negativity. The college has a fresh atmosphere with gardens. Great atmosphere to study science with peace.

There are two exams per semester. Internal exams by college and external by the university. Same in practicals excepting subject maths. Different marks exam papers for graduation and post graduation. Exam of both helds in college.

Internships Opportunities

Job opportunities are very large after studying here. But placements are not holding in colleges. It's government college so companies never visit here for placement. So if anyone wants admission here for placement then they are at the wrong place.

Annual functions, sports days, different seminars, on different subjects, Helth check ups. Workshops, different competitions, related to experiments and researches.

Fee structure of college is very very flexible . Because it is grant in aid college. So every student can afford it .

There is no scholarship or loan facility by college. But government scholarships are available in college.

Labs and sports are very good in college. Labs has every instruments needed. Gym also in college campus. Labs are very expensive in college. Many instruments are there.

The hostel facilities are very good. But very expensive. The hostel has every facility. Students can live happily and peacefully there. Good atmosphere.

The alumni office is also there on campus. They organize several programs for old students. Students who settled in foreigns also visit the college. Senior students are very helpful and good.

Admission

Admission on marks of Board HSC results. And in post graduation admissions on CGPA of graduation. You need Higher merit in HSC to take admission here. Because it is a well known and reputed institute of the city.

Faculty

Faculties are good and Ph.D. degree holders. They help to study, researches, workshops. They organize regular workshops and seminars on different subjects in college. They are helpful. And good. And Hardworking.

Placement Experience:

In the second year of the MSc, many adtech companies come to the campus to hire students. In 2025, 95% students are placed who are interested in the placement of MSc Mathematics. One of my batchmates got an INR 48 LPA package at the Tech company Accenture Japan. And the average Package is an INR 17 LPA.

Placement Experience:

Maybe after completions of their respective course they have enrolled and can have a campus placement ,I have visited in one company which was odoo there they have shown us how the work is performed and also visited an IT and Cyber security university and 70%percent of student are getting placement.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our campus is very active with proving prior practise session and meetings. It goes on two phase ,one in semester 1 and another in semester 2. The ratio of Btech getting placed is higher than other departments.

Awesome hostels, Supportive Faculty, Modern Infrastructure, Moderate Placements, and Quality Mess Food

Placement Experience:

From our senior batch, 6 to 7 students out of a batch of 30 got placements in ed -tech companies, with one in he IT sector and one in Axtiria. Companies that visit for mathematrics students includes SmartSense consulting pvt. ltd., Axtiria pvt. ltd., Deodhar Classes, Acenture Japan ltd., Future First, Pheonix Institute, eClerx, TCS, Narayana Group, Allen Career Institute, Physics Wallah, and Chaitanya Academy. The highest package offered is 14 lacs in IT company. Overall, placement was good as many of our seniors go for PhD. But it is lesser than old IITs

The addmission process in this college was very simple (totally online process). 1st we 12th pass in any board of India by a minimum of 50 % of the science stream. 2nd apply through vnsgu University (website: vnsgu.ac.in)too in the science department & select the bachelor of science ( b .sc) course by fill the form & pay a minimum of 200 rupees. Note: check the University website daily because of notification of any college admission-related updates. Next after some days, University releases the merit list. & You fill in the top 5 colleges which you choose. Final merit list release. Come here to STUDY

For the admission process, you need to apply online at VNSGU then you have to collect a booklet from their center (nearby Dena bank). Now you have to submit all your documents to the institute while physical reporting there, yes there was a counseling system under VNSGU protocols, you have to assign priorities to your choices of colleges.
