Srinivas university is a scam

The course is not updated to the current world. They are still using turbo c++ in the lab and also the pdf and all are outdated. The semester exams don't have any proper timing they conduct exams as they wish.

During admission i paid 150000rs as first year fee. Also i paid 2500rs as registration fee, and a sum of 1500rs, but i don't remember for what purpose i paid 1500rs. Iam paying about 1600 for every semester examination.

College will not host any technical festivals or anything , if you want to conduct any technical workshop or anything the students should do everything the college won't support in any way. Talking about library actually there is no library in our campus. Our university have around 6 campuses including ours in mangalore, so for library and playground we have to go to another campuses which will 5-10 km away from our campus. They conduct sports day and just for sake of an event that too from public playgrounds.

In first year i was in college hostel which is around 2km away from our college. It was very difficult to go to college and return to hostel during that time. The college bus timings is still unknown. Talking about college there was three types of rooms, one is two shared room, and others are three and four shared rooms. I was in a three shared room. The room was okay but the whole hostel was having a rat problem. Rats where all over the hostel, even in canteen. The food very pathetic . The hostel fee was 36000 per year without food. For food we have to pay 2750 monthly. And also the food was all veg. Around 6 months back from the water well of the hostel a 5 day old dead body was found. The hostel experience was pathetic for me

It was my dream to get into iit, but i didn't study well during my higher secondary education. I only got 75% marks in my 12th, still i got into a jee coaching center. Because a bad behavior from a faculty i decided to drop out from the coaching after one month. But at that time admission process in my state was over and i started looking in other states. I got admission in lpu through lpunest test but i decided to not get into there Because the course was not that popular. And then i looked mangalore, the only college which has admission was srinivas. So i took admission there. I didn't researched well to take admission here Because at that i didn't have any choice. Anyone can take admission here .

In our batch there are 7 class and each class conclude around 100 students. My class is handled by 4 faculties. The faculties are friendly but they lack experience and also they don't know to teach. Some of them don't even konw to communicate in English properly. Also the college conduct semester exam as they wish. Our first semester exam was within 4 months and 2nd semester exam was within 3 months. The exams are usually easy.
