Course Curriculum Overview

I took the course because of the knowledge about business, corporate world, banking and economics because I am very interested in this, all the subjects are give me broad view to world in business terms. I think the course curriculum should update regularly and suitable for future.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

College semester fees is 4500(including tution fees, library fees and all types of fees). Yearly fees is 7000. There are many external courses like GST & income tax, the fees of this course is 1000rs. Currently the fees is not increasing but not sure about future

Campus Life

There are very less festival only study matter, but sometimes there are festival which we enjoyed. There is library in which we can access lot of books in various subjects. In the classroom there is projector , fans, light. There are many students sometimes play many sports.

Admission

I have applied in vnsgu for b.com course and there are many college in which I was listed, I chose college rofel arts and commerce college, I have not applied in any particular college specifically so when I select for the college I took the admission. Admission process was simple I gave my all documents which are needed and paid the fees and I got admission

Faculty

The faculty to students ratio is 1:50. Faculty is responsive,polite to students. I like the English faculty and for me it's the best faculty, I don't like the account faculty it's just confusing, There are semester exam and it's easy.

Our college have placement facilities for bright students. From 6th semester students starting preparations for placement interviews. Local companies and banks are recruiting our college students. Students who got distinction marks are eligible for placements.

GNLU Gandhinagar is a gifted college!

Placement Experience:

It's the law firms more than the corporate houses as 2025 placements session was a record breaker for all. Average placements rose to 1200000 and highest placements was of 26 lakhs this year as some students got itno much decorated law firm Khaitan.

Our campus placements start from 4th year and like by the end of 5th year, most students are placed. Many corporate firms and with Gift City setting up most jobs were offered in the GIFT CITY. Even almost all the top law firms also have their branches in Ahmedabad and so that is where placements are done.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of the major reasons why I chose this course was that this was very unique , bsc in data science along with LLB is very new in the market, although it has it's own drawbacks, in the real world, there is not much demand for technocrat lawyers right now but with time this will increase. The major improvement would be the inclusion of other fields of law like IP, arbitration etc. There are three components for exams, one is mid sems which is held in the starting two months of the semester and after two months is the end sems. The semester are pretty short which is why we get time for internships and which provides us very nice exposure for real-world.

After 4th year, students are eligible to sit for placements. Some students also receive a pre-placement offer in the 4th year itself. The students are first prepared for day zero, i.e., placement day, beforehand by conducting a mock interview, which is a voluntary session conducted by the placement committee. CV Vetting workshops are also conducted in the eighth semester because at the end of the 8th semester, the placements are made where tier-1 companies like Khaitan, AZB Partners, CAM, SAM, Trilegal, etc. In-house firms like Adani, ICICI Bank, Tata, and more come for recruiting students. Some students sit for placement; others who want to prepare for government exams like judiciary, UPSC, Public Prosecutor, etc. refrain from sitting in placements.

Placement Experience:

In a law firm, there are no placements you have to get knowledge and then you can go to practice under any lawyer whichever you want and then you can do an internship in under of that lawyer. And you can stay in your own firm also. My plans for after passed out to practice under a very prestigious lawyer and get experience.

The college offers courses in Law fraternity in both English as well as regional language. Therefore students from regional language base can also easily understand the lectures delivered. The faculties being supportive can mentor in various feilds.

Navigating college life

Eligibility are :- Opted with sci ir comm in 12. 12th passed. Min score as of cutoff in boards. Application can be found on VNSGU's official website, you can apply there. Exam timigs and study breaks are sufficient for a student to prepare well. Reservations are given in our college / university which is the worst thing i hate about our university, as it allows students with low marks to stand before and on top of them which are actually deserving and talented.
