- The course structure here is hectic due to which we might face a bit of difficulties
- The rooms provided are small and is not enough for 4 people to stay

Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum that we follow here is of Calicut University. I'm currently in my 3rd semester and I really like that . Throughout my 1st year I really had a great experience because we had gained experience with all sought of materials
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees at my college is designed in such a way that it covers the tuition fee , library charges and the lab charges . Comparing to the other institutions in Kerala , fees at avani is a bit higher but I would say that it is worth it because the exposure we get here is amazing! When I joined here I paid 18600/- as my tuition fee (management seat) , 17000/- as my caution deposit and 10000/- as my residence fee But as you go through the semester you'll have to pay a lot of other registration fees and even will have charges for materials and stationaries So as BArch is a design course you can expect it to be expensive!
Campus Life
Overall as an extrovert , Avani as provided me a lot of great opportunities and I've got chance to visit and interact with lots of architects . It really helped me to develop my designs and can completely change your thoughts!
Hostel Facilities
I live in college residence and it is really good Comparing to other colleges at calicut the residents at Avani is very good But putting our needs into consideration, our rooms are not spacious enough Talking about food also it's good!
Admission
For my Architecture course I had applied to various universities and colleges but what attracted me to Avani was the exposure they provided Among the architect community Avani hold a special place due to their way of teaching and high exposure Not only that it is also famous for its college environment
Faculty
The faculties here are really good and highly qualified! Each of us bond with teachers bond with different faculties accordingly . Anyways our faculties are really supportive and will help you throughout the review and journey
