College life in poornima college is somehow boring because their is no day today event like any college no free time to student .. college ran from 8 am to 4 pm in which ...study study study study only study ....one have to wear regular uniform like a school ...

Entrance Exam

Course is according to Rajasthan Technical University. Besides this, there were many events in college like aarohan, prayogam, department day, etc ... everyone had to participate in the event otherwise discipline marks would be reduced which was add in the final exam. The student had to present the project every year. The best student award also presents on the department day...I also won .

I think no when I was in college I don't hear about the internship program but College helps poor and needy students via the scholarship program. the scholarship is provided for brilliant and poor students. The student has to applied online from scholarship

The placement was not so good for my trade. As in civil engineering trade, only 2 or 3 companies visited college only for the promotion purpose, not for recruitment. Only one company visited the campus for civil trade but the placement offer was so surprised that no one wants to join the company. But nowadays I hear from my juniors ... company offer better placement

3 types of event are their aarohan, prayogam and department day Aarohan is a cultural fest in which all student has to participate .. online event participation from is field before the event in which student can choose any 3 of the event of different group Prayogam is a technical fest in which students show their technical skills. Student present their skills via project display, software, poster, PPT, seminar, etc Department day is celebrated department wise ..it is a cultural fest of the individual department.

Fees structure is according to RTU Kota... Now a day's fees very high. But with respect to other state fees are lower in Rajasthan. Hostel fees is up to 70000 per year. But one can get financial aid by becoming a mentor of the hostel.

Yes, college provided 100 % scholarship scheme for needy and brilliant student , one have to apply application for fee waiver scheme to director sir. After the recommendation of director one can avail fee waive upto 100%

Labs are good ...only the college which have all lab and lab equipment. In other college labs are their but lab equipments are Missing or out of order. College also conducts inter and intra college sports competition.

Hostel infrastructure is vary good .poornima groups have 5 boys and 2 girls hostel . Girls hostel are in pce college and boys hostel are in Piet and pgi college. All hostel are connected to wifi. There are 2 bed and 3 bed room sets one can choose in accordance

Poornima has vary long chain of alumni as college already completed 20 years of age. Every year in January alumni meet is orgnized. Some of alumni are in TCS, Google , Facebook they also recommend student to the company ..via reference one can easily get chance of getting placed

Final exam is as the curriculum of RTU Kota ...besides this college conduct midterm exam in which 50-50 course of final exam was examined . To sit in mid term, student had to clear online exam which was conducted every week.

I scored 1200 rank in the rpet test. Via counselling, I got the Poornima group of engineering college which was the 3rd college of poornima group. But that was far from public transport so I applied for 2nd counseling and got Piet.

College faculty was well qualified and highly talented. Most of the faculty were from IIT college. Director sir also head of iit Kharagpur hydropower engineering. Faculty was recruited via test , interview then live session. All faculty was directed to hear student problem and help in study ...in accordance to that self help group were created that helps a lot
