About my college

Pros - the place located is nice and awesome - good for graduation only Cons -job opportunity not good -faculty not good - lab equipments not good - cultural activities not good College is good only for the students with low income families and locals around here ...helpful in getting a degree certificate ..job is not guaranteed its on your own hard work

Entrance Exam

I'm doing civil engineering here 4 years course and now I'm the final year as it is only engineering college there is no further option for higher studies here ...exam structure is based on CBCS patterns conducted bt the board Vishweshwarayya technical university (VTU)

Placements are given by VTU which can b anywhere held other than out college campus we can attend any placements of other colleges but that college must be affiliated by VTU only...and TCS is the only option in our college for the further option we have to go for other colleges.

No large celebrations as the number of students were less and also college is small hence large celebrations were not possible and also not permittable here...only small fests by students only ...fresher's n college day fest @ the end of the year

Fees structure is based on the cast and categories as sc/st will have to pay the minimum or only govt, fees and the fees will be around 20k to 25 k ...not more than that ...and the fees will be returned of u have an income certificate of lower income category

As it was a govt college u can get all the benefits which are offered by the govt ..if you are eligible for more than one scholarship then it is not possible u will be getting only one profit ...you don't need scholarship here because expense is less and also loan is available which is based on the sem vise expenses u must submit the expense chart to get the loan ...loan is limited to 2.5 lakh for 4 years

Extracurricular activities are not good here ..as it was a govt .college there is no option for that you have to participate on your own for any sports or other activities college has nothing to do with it ...

The hostel is not offered by the college here ..but govt hostel is offered for both boys n girls ...but the selection is based on marks and grades of the previous course...is tough to get this hostel facility but PG facilities are available which are more feasible here with around 3- 4k

Alumni network is developing nowadays .....not helpful till now ...hope for future days as the students here will be more or fewer locals who continue their own family business so and for a certain limit yeah we can get help from them

Faculty is good for other branches like mechanical and EnC but the civil branch has a bit lack of faculty but it is managed as the number of students is not much here..temporary lectures are selected for required subs.
