My Journey as a Banker

Curriculum for bfsi sector is well knowledgeable and you'll get whole knowledge about how banking works, how you can save from financial crises, how you can invest according inflation and also you'll get whole knowledge about financial planning. Area of improvement is some practical things on which financial sector currently works. Exams can be happened between 4 months in period of 2 month cycle

I got axis bank as a role of assistant manager and my duties in bank is to do sales as well as Operations and there are also many companies tied up with niit university like ICICI bank , HDFC Bank, big basket, Dell etc. In bfsi course of Axis bank you'll get 5 thousand stipend during 4 months academic course then you have to join bank for internship and On Job training role. You have to do Projects on financial planning and insurance sector to qualify your exams and tests.

After my course Every student got placement in axis bank because this Axis bank young banker's course is sponsered by axis bank. There are also many big companies that tied up with niit university like big basket, ICICI , HDFC etc and Average package is around 300000 and Many students got placement but if CGPA is below 5 then there is less chances of placements. I'm now working is axis bank as a assistant manager and My plan is to work for 3-4 years then switch in different sector

The Course fee for Post graduation in BFSI sector is 280000 in Niit university and Axis bank sponsered the Program Which is around for 4 months academic training and then internship in Axis bank. You'll get 5 thousand stipend during academic course and also gets salary in internship period. The batch of students for this course is around 300-400

There are many festivals that held in niit university like Diwali, Dusshera etc but Campus functions like NU annual function, solenoid 3 day party are some awesome functions in which you enjoy and Learn about scientific things and these functions held in November. There are projector screen in every classroom with mic facility. The sport's Ground are wide and Opened for everyone and you can get your favourite sport for playing and watching. There are some group of students in which they held annual function and represent their thoughts, Ideas

Room is for single and double students in which you got almirah, chair , table, bed , vent for Wind and you'll got wifi also. The hostel food is good because menu is different for whole week and you'll get quality food to eat. Registration process is very easy you'll got your hostel room in less than 1 hour because You Just have to give your details and then after a sign and payment proof you'll get your room keys. there is no nearby locality for rented room or pg

I didn't prefer much colleges but When I looked at the axis bank young banker's program and which is going to be in Niit university so i got excited because this college is well known for placements with knowledgeable fundamentals. The other College I suggest is Nims university Jaipur because they also provide you medical courses along with campus placement in their own hospital. My admission process is done by coordinator which call me and help me to Add fees in Niit university website and then I got a date on which I have to Join college for course classes.

Faculty in niit university is very supportive and also there provide you very detailed knowledge about your course but the Mark's structure is not so good because you'll get CGPA which is always below your expectations. The coordinator of your program will not always help you but you have class representative for it. The exam pattern is not very tough because many students can clear but 10 out of 100 students remain fail and they have to attempt again. There are some best faculty members like Arun shivastav sir because he's practical and very experienced in his subject. Course curriculum is always related to Banking and financial sector

You have to pass mock test and Little video interview for BFSI course in which you have to answer 40 quiz questions and 3-4 line video interview after passing that you have to submit fees and also submit your pdf documents like adhar , marksheet etc and You minimum have to do graduation degree for this course. I prepare by my own because admission process and mock test is very easy about little general knowledge and English questions.
