Remarks

Positive remarks are they itself provide bus pass, train pass for the students, we can also use the mobile phones inside the campus, we can talk freely with girls, there are big parking lot students vehicle.

Good faculties for good education we can easily understand the concepts 6 months once semester if you get arrear you clear it next semester itself there is no even and odd semester like engineering in the middle of the six months they also conduct CIA (cycle test) for better performance

For me now I'm paying 50,190 as my first year fees for b.sc computer science yearly fees only in our college and you need to pay semester fees separately during at the time of semester examination the semester fees is 1800

There is a scholarship in our college the people who got good marks in the semester they can claim for scholarship around 5000-10000 loan facility also provide by our college through Canara Bank you can pay the loan after you finish your studies

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.

I choose DG vaishanvcollege for its strong academic reputation, affordable fees structure and excellent placement support especially in HR and marketing . So i applied LIBA ( Loyola institute of business management and SRM ) other than DG vaishnav college . I got acceptance from DGVC and SRM and i got regected from LIBA . I chose DGVC as it has affordable fees of 4 lakhs in total , also they are giving duel specialisations, also its affilated to university of madras , placement support and location advantage. I got rejection from liba as the cut off was not clear as my percentile was below 80 as the cut of was 85 plus. The admission process was quiet simple for DGVC as the - 1. Eligibility to apply was min 60 % in Bachelor degree 2. TANCET exam was preffed we have to submit the application through online portal of DGVC. Submit the TANCET score , it will shortlist accoding to the cut off , then we have a personal interview and final selection and documentation process...Read More
