After graduating you hold digree in BAMS you can practice or your can do government job of AMO ayurvedic medical officer and you can go for post graduation research. There is good career opportunities. The average salary of bams doctor in government is fiffty thousand to one lakh seventy five thousand.

Internship is under bhartiya chiktsa kandre which give you a licence for practise. Internship is provided in goverment afflifed Hospital CHC state medical college etc in every state of uttrakhand . One year of internship with stipend of 15000

Uttrakhand ayurvedic university was established the government of uttrakhand for purpose of ensures, encourage , systemic instriction, traning, teaching, research and development in ayurveda. Course-BAMS, BHMS, BUMS for graduation 2-MD/MS(ayu) -post graduation. Admission-Through enterncy exam(NEET) BAMS-5. 5 year of course 4.5 year (1.5 year semester x3) 1 year of internship (with stipend of 15000/month) FACULTIES:- Highly qualified faculties . FEES Rs. 60000 per semester+additional charges

Admission is by state ayushi medical counselling and all india ayush cousling which comed under NCISM. Criteria for admission is throug NEET Cutoff Un-50 Obc-50 Sc/sc-45 I got this college after i crack my neet exam in2018

Faculty

There are yearly exam in each semester which are hard but the faculty is good they techs and train well. The passing sinerio in main exam is fifty percent overall. After clearing all the exam there is Medatory one year of internship under state goverment

Review for QUADRA INSTITUTE OF AYURVEDA

Course Curriculum Overview:

Majority of subjects are really helpful with their clinical applications in either diagnosing or treating the patients but some other subjects like Sanskrit grammar, padartha vigyan and others are just irrelevant and pose no significant use, the exams get difficult with each passing years as you have to study around 5 subjects per year and each subject has 2 papers and you have to pass in both of them.

Uttaranchal Ayurvedic College Dehradun Review

Course Curriculum Overview:

The increasing demand of ayurvedic and natural products and the motion of patients towards the ayurvedic medicine with no side effects influence me to choose this course. The curriculum of this course is as per the NCISM which prepares is very well for the future. We have 11 Formative Assessment and half yearly and annual exams and our FA's prepares us very well for the half yearly exams so that we don't need to cover the whole syllabus just one night before the exam and we have paper 1 and paper 2 of every subject. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate and it can be even more easy if we study well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is good until 2015 but afterwards it becomes useless till 2021, literally batches after 2021 have the good syllabus and curriculum management. NCISM thought about students afterwards, CCIM literally don't know how to design a syllabus l, everything is so messy.

Exams are difficult recently i had my exams they very tough. Its a 100 mark paper for each subject. Many subjects have 2 exams rather. A 3 hours exam were conducted. College even holds the internal exams every 6 months.

I was preparing for neet and i got admission into this..i did not like it in the beginning but i have started loving it so much now. There are no such improvements required in teaching curriculum it was really great.. Nothing to complain as they conducted exams on weekly and monthly basis as well for our preparation

I chose this course because Ayurveda is a very wide field it is not a science it is like a Veda that we are reading so it has a huge scope in the coming era after Covid time. Students are to faculty ratio is completely fulfilled as per the norms of the NCISM committee Each and Every Single faculty had completed their MD ( maters ). As it's a professional course so the exam is according to the university and quite difficult to pass.

The admission criteria is completely based on your marks obtained in NEET UG entrance examination and is merit based, back in my time it was based on UAPMT and was merit based too, you can choose from around 7 to 8 Colleges in Uttarakhand which provides BAMS in which around 3 colleges are government and others are private. During the time of internship the students from government college gets a stipend of around 18000 but the others studying in private colleges get nothing so choose wisely....Read More

I choose this college over the other colleges because of its location which is aesthetic and the affordable fee structure and the availability of the teachers which was not in the colleges which I rejected.
