- Osmania university is no 1 university in Telangana.It has biggest library which is very useful for government jobs preparation and ugc net preparation
- Lecturers conduct seminars to each and every students to improve students presentation skills and helps students to overcome stage fear
- Faculty was very supportive and helpful.they guide us in every aspects like studies , research etc...Our college has started cce pattern which is very helpful for students.
Dislikes
- No Placements for Msc other branches expect msc chemistry and Mba
- Infrastructure of campus is Little bit older but it is being renovated
- The facilities in campus can be upgraded little bit.and hostel facilities are not that great I don't like mess food sometimes
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students to be prepared for placements.faculty have many yrs of experience in teaching and more potential.Most of students every course are well prepared for internships and jobs and also for phds.exams are conducted every month and 2 semesters every year.The course structure is very important,so it is essential to learn basics early on.This will make it easier to do well in semester exams
Fees and Financial Aid
I have paid 21000 for first year of my msc.For Osmania university tution fee for Msc botany is 21,000 for regular seat students and for self finance students 31,000 tution fee.For regular seat students who has scholarship don't need to pay any tution fees but for self finance students they need to pay 10,000.My friend has got regular seat in Osmania her tution fee is 21,000 but she has income certificate so she is eligible for scholarship so she didn't paid any tution fees.Msc is 2yrs every year 21000 is tution fees and fee will not be increased
Campus Life
My overall experience with campus is so good.Our campus has great library.it is very helpful for government jobs preparing students.They will conduct events every year to relieve our stress.Everything about our college is so good
Admission
Osmania is the No.1 college in Telangana.The students who are studying in this university are mostly toppers.We can gain more knowledge and skills from faculty.It is very useful for students who are preparing for government jobs and PhDs.Admission process to enter this university is through Cpget entrance exam and students who got rank below 50 in msc or mba courses are got selected to osmania.
Faculty
Faculty are excellent with their good experience and most of the faculty are helpful, supportive and friendly all the time in our studies.the teaching quality is very much appreciated.the course curriculum is relevant and exams are conducted every month in our college and for every year there are 2 semesters
