Course Curriculum Overview
Recent NMC competency based curriculum my college focuses on building practical and clinical skills in addition to theoretical knowledge.There is high clinical exposure since it is connected with SSG Hospital,We have very much good clinical practice.
Internships Opportunities
Intership is given after completion of 4.5 years in SSG Hospital.Stipend of 18,000 rupees is given per month and internship is of 1 year in nature.For 1 month we have to go to local phc for clinical practice.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition Fees are 25,000 rupees There is no nri quota in our college Hostel fees are 2000 rupees Mess charges are 1500 rupees to 2000 rupees There is 3000 rupees security deposit in our hostel Which is refundable in nature There is no library or reading room fees Lab fees are also absent Sport fees are 200 rupees Student welfare fees are not taken by our college
Campus Life
Friendly environment in medical college Baroda between seniors and juniors. We have pavilion ground in our university We have junior doctor association as our group Also there is canteen present in our college
Hostel Facilities
I never rented room or pg.I am residing in hostel where there are 2-3 persons per room.Meal quality is quite bad hence we have to go to local restaurant.Hostel is quite affordable since there are only 2000 amount to pay
Admission
Very good clinical exposure is present. Low and affordable fees are there. Due to reputation in Vadodara city. Very good faculty and healthy environment are there in medical college Baroda. Very appreciative facility.
Faculty
Most of faculty members are highly qualified MD and MS doctors.As my college is connected with SSG Hospital patient exposure is very much appreciated.Some faculty also guide us about research and future examinations.
