Course Curriculum Overview
As the curriculum of our college made us easy to study everything by splitting all the concepts into 5 units in evrey subject which I felt easy to study and understand, I determined to take Computer Science Engineering. We were provided with more practical knowledge than theoritical knowledge. In order to sharpen our skills, we have been alotted to labs and work on real-world applications reagrding them. The only area of improvements was to use more of blackboard than projectors. The level of exams is pretty difficult but if you prepare well you be able to crack it.
Internships Opportunities
We get the most well known multi national companies like Accenture, TCS, cognizant, Tech mahindra, HCL, Mind trees, etc. In which we get placed. We need to do a minor and major project in our final year which add weight to our resumes and helps us in showcasing our skills.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee struture differs for every department accordingly. As I have opted for Computer Science Engineering, I got selected to this college based on EAMCET ranks. We also have the option to get scholarship if any applicable. Most of my fellow mates we having Jagananna Vidhya Deewena(JVD) Scholarship.
Campus Life
We are not only enriched with academical curricullum, but also with fests, club activities and annual days. We celebrate days like ethnic day, annual day, freshers, etc. THe central library provided to us has a very vast range of books. The classrooms are equipped with projectors and AC's. We have variety of sports like basket ball, foot ball, cricket, badminton, table tennies, volley ball, etc. The clubs in our college has a positive impact on oue lives.
Admission
I choose the college because it had an academic program that was much more closely aligned with my intrests, and had a better industry connections. And also conducted a induction program for more than 1 week . which give us a clear explanation on everything we need to know for the upcoming four years.
Faculty
The most likable part of my college is that we have a very good faculty. Relationsgip with them is good that they always be patient towards us and they are very approachable. The faculty I like alot is our Machine Learning Professor, who has vast knowledge and a very down to earth person. His teachings are so good that we enjoy his lectures. The faculty i didn'r like is Srikanth Sir, who was our C and Java programming language Professor. I always felt his teachings soo boring. There are totally 8 semesters, 2 semester to complete a year. And every semester consists of 2 mids. The better performanced mid marks are taken into consideration for every semester. twenty to twenty five percent of students fail to clear exams. I find our course curriculum very relevant.
