Remarks

There are both positive as well as negative remarks for this university. Pros: Good infrastructure Great crowd Quality education Helpful faculties Cons: Very expensive Attendance issue So many other subjects

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum in amity is good. They follow generally the structure of foreign universities. And yes amity has its branches in foreign countries as well. They conduct SAP(Study Abroad Program) every year in which you will complete your any two semesters in a foreign country(where amity has its tie-ups). And exam structure is also pretty cool except one thing that they have a lot of subjects. Even those subjects which you don't require in your course like French/Spanish(Any foreign language), Communication skills, psychology which every student in amity has to study. This is a good thing as a social improvement for the student but as I have faced this pressure many students not able to grab foreign language and they got back in that subject which affects their final degree.

Placement Experience

3

The placement cell is still under improvement. And placements and job opportunities all depend upon the type of student and the grades he/she has scored, best one's easily gets placed but I can't say about all of 'em. Again sometimes you can get internships sometimes not it all depends upon teachers, teachers by using their links get you the internship. And about stipend sometimes you'll get stipend sometimes not.

College Events

4.5

AYF(AMITY YOUTH FEST)-This fest generally occurs in between Feb and March of every year and it is of 2-3 days fest where anyone from any department can participate and show their talent. A special guest is also be invited in fest every year(Last year it was Raftaar) SANGATHAN(FOUNDER'S DAY)- This is the founder's day of amity where any student can participate in any sports activity. There are nearly all types of sports activities conducted at this even and if you win you'll get some price as well.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive- If you don't get the scholarship in amity then my friend amity is very costly for you if you're from a middle class Indian family. From lifestyle to the education expenses everything in amity is too expensive. But different courses have different fees structures so I would recommend going through with the fee structure at the amity official site.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you've scored more than 90% in class 12th board exams (maybe some changes in scholarship criteria) then you can avail a 50 to 100% scholarship in fees at amity. Many banks like Dena Bank, OBC, SBI are provided loans as well for study in amity they have tie-ups with these banks.

Campus Life

5

Amity is famous for extracurricular activities, if you take admission in amity and you are that type of guy who always gets engaged in some kind of activity then amity is for you because every day in amity there is an event going on except the exam days and you can apply for OD to get attendance for participation in that event.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes. Seniors in amity are very helpful. Even they helped me to join an internship at one company when I needed the most. There is alumni meet conducted at the campus every year where you can meet your alumni's ask them about the industry experience. And make some contacts as well if you are an extrovert.

Faculty

3.5

Faculties in the amity are one the best faculties I found. They are very supportive and if you have a problem with any faculty there is a feedback form where you give feedback to faculties in amity before the end of the semester and where you can mention your problem with faculty. You can even ask problems in faculty cabins they will never say no.

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to me you should choose Brahmanand College but as I wanted more practicals then theory work but it is not like that here because you get more time to study and practicals were less .Exams' timings were sometimes morning, afternoon so you will have to manage yourself accordingly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd rate the curriculum 4/5. Topics like programing and data structures are super relevant.it prepares us for tech roles, but could include more hands on projects and industry tools. More focus on emerging tech like Ai /ML would be awesome. Exams are semester wise and okay.areas for improvement: internships, coding challenges, and guest lectures from pros. Solid foundation overall !

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the faculty teachers and all the staff was very good and the faculty teachers of the science were very fabulous in education causes me to choose this course... The curriculum here was in terms of social interaction was ok but it was not that good for the future real world academic pursuits as their were not that much activities for the social appearance... In terms of course curriculum and teaching method this college doesn't need much improvements because it is much better according to teaching method , as the teachers were good in terms of teaching... The timing and frequency was having much gap between one semester exam and the other semester exam , so there were not much difficulty in giving exams according to my perspective...
