Remarks
With no doubts in my mind, I have a positive response to this college as this college is one of the most reputed colleges in central India. With a large infrastructure and great quality of education, this college has been a center of attraction for the engineering aspiring students.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is of the college is very much effective giving each subject equal importance and effectiveness of teaching by the faculties is also very good. In every semester 2 class tests are conducted for the students for their sessionals and all practicals are done every week as per their respective chances.
Placement Experience
There is a training and placement cell in the college that monitors the placement of the college. Many reputed companies visit the college for placement purposes such as TCS BYJUs etc. There is also training organized for how to tackle placement exams and interviews.
College Events
Every year in this college Technical cum Cultural fest is organized in the month of February or March named Ojas in which there is large participation of students from the College as well as neighboring colleges.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is about 35000 INR per semester which is affordable for middle class people. I hope this fees for engineering purpose is feasible in a private and reputed college like Bhilai Institute of Technology Durg
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship facilities are provided to the reserved categories by the State Government. The loan facility is provided by the college. I have not availed for any of such scholarship or loan. Some special scholarship is also given to the respective branch openers of departments.
Campus Life
There is a separate face of extracurricular activities in the college ranging from various clubs like Astro club of astronomy, Sparx club for dance and other Bol club for dramatics and many more. There are many opportunities for sports in the college and facility of the cricket ground, Basketball court, badminton court, Table tennis court, and even a Multi-station gym is also there.
Alumni/Alumna
There is a regular alumnus meet at the college and all the alumnus are taken a lot of care. Recently there was an alumnus meet in the college. This college is more than 30 years old and the alumni network is very good. The senior junior relationship is also very good at this college.
Faculty
Our college has a reputed faculty with all postgraduates and many doctorate teachers. The effectiveness of teaching by the teachers is very good. There is a mixed faculty of experienced and raw teachers. The teacher student relationship in this college is very good.
