Good but you should adopt

Positive: Good education Placements are fine(for CSE & IT) Labs and infra I don't say below or negatives but as a student, you may not find it very comfortable. 1. Full strict -have to wear formals to the college - closed gate -phones are not allowed -not open internet Inshirt and ID is compulsory -you need to obey all the rules otherwise you can easily get suspended. Overall I can rate 3.7 outta 5

Yeah, the current curriculum is so much changed compared to 2016. They have introduced python (a fast growing language in computer science) in the first year itself. They reduced unnecessary subjects (I,e not related to computer science like Bee, etc). They also introduced an internship program in the second year itself and they have marks for that. I can say compared to my year R-18(from 2018) is very much better and suitable to working style in software companies.

Yeah, placements are fine. You can get all types of companies like product based, service based and even marketing jobs for other departments. The highest package you can expect 12-14LPA(currently). The average package is 4lakshs per Annum. The left is 3.6LPA. One thing needs to be remembered is "you need to have at least 7.0 or above GPA to get into placement cell".

There are many small events happen regularly like workshops and conferences. Recently the biggest entrepreneurship summit called "E-summit " happens in our college only. One cultural and annual fest " Ortus" happens every year.

If you get through the cet exam. You can bare otherwise it seems expensive. The annual fee is nearly 1.05lakhs or above. If you are from day scholar you need to pay around 28-30k for bus fee(as it is somewhat far away from City).

Scholarships, you get it by govt If you get the seat through cet. You get all the scholarships that govt gives you based on your status. College does not provide any loan facility separately other than govt provides(as far as I know).

Games have some less priority compared to studies. They may send you for the competition if you are in the college team but coaching cannot be expected regularly. Every week, you may have 1-2 sports periods(mostly 1). Every year they conducted sports events on the occasion of college annual fest called Ortus

In the first year, you are strictly not allowed to meet any seniors since timings, buses and hostels are totally different. Later you can have contact with them as they move you to the senior building. You can make friends on your bus or hostel as they travel and stay on the same bus or hostel. As far as I know, we don't have any alumni group but occasionally meet happen.

I could say you can get good faculty till the 5-6th semester. After that, you may not find all the subjects teachers very fine. However engineering means, it depends on how you study on your own and analyze the problems and solutions. Overall I can rate 3.5 outta 5.
