Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is quite old, they do teach the things that are written in a book or a PPT. They should teach according to the current needs to be paid. Like in pps they should include other coding languages rather than just teaching C/C++ like other moderate private college. They do include other courses which are paid for learning coding. Extra curricular activities are good, but I think they should focus on teaching whatever is required.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like TCS, BYJU's,Grow by EXX, etc offers internship.Companies showing interest in recruitment will be sent a Job Announcement Form.Companies interested in recruiting GIT students fill up the Job Announcement Form and mail it back.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year-wise fees for B.tech(CSE) is 68000. The fees must be paid every semester. No EMI options available. The fees for AI enabled app and lab is 2500 each semester. Sc/St caste students can use there freeship card. No other lab fees. And approx fees of other B.tech courses are 62-68k yearly. No financial Aid is provided by the college, but can get any required help for any scholarship. The College fees here is way more cheaper than other private colleges in Ahmedabad.
Campus Life
The most frequent event in the college is hackathon. There are a lots of other events like the orientation and any other cultural event. All the events are greatly organised and are worth attending. The events in the College are free for the students.
Admission
I do applied in a lots of private colleges and government colleges , unfortunately didn't get into any government colleges. And almost got selected in all private colleges. Bot Git is way better than other private colleges in Ahmedabad.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is quite good, 3or2 teachers are assigned for every subjects and a lab teacher. The faculties there are quite approachable. Like the PPS teacher is responsive and teaches practically. They have the best faculties in EP(engineering physics).the Em(engineering mathematics) faculties are not good enough, they just teach maths using PPT instead of solving. Everyone are informed atleast a month in advance about the exam and the difficulty of the exams are quite moderate because each teacher asks questions according to the things they thought in lectures. There are two exams in a semester, mid-sem are of 30 marks. About 70to75% students clears the exams.
