Remarks
I think the kind of environment christ provides to it’s students is really remarkable. It teaches them how to have fun but not forget our boundaries and makes sure that the student graduates not only with a degree but core values as well.
Course Curriculum Overview
I think the course curriculum is very apt and best-suited for the corporate world. It easily covers all the required topics such as finace, HRM, Marketing, Entrepreneurship etc. The exam structure is divided as follows: CIA: Cumulative Internal assessment CIA-1 which includes assignments are of 15 Marks CIA-2 Midsems is a pen and paper test which is of 50 marks CIA-3 Assignment of 15 marks End semester examination 100 marks.
Placement Experience
The college has a good history with placements. Top-notch companies such as Godrej, Delloite, Goldman Sachs, KPMG , EY come to our college to recruit students. No my college doesn’t provides internships
College Events
There are a lot of department as well as literary fests celebrated in our college. Department fests such as: Thrive Arthyudh Vistas Management Premeire league ESPRIT University Fests: Darpan Bloosoms In-bloom Ethnic day
Fee Structure And Facilities
My fees for the first year was ?150000 which i find pretty reasonable because it’s a private university and as compared to other private universities such as Jain university and NMIMS they offer the same BBA course at ?300000 for the first year which is just double.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am sorry but i really have no knowledge about the same. I am partially aware about one scholarship facility where students who have a consistent GPA of 3.9/4.0 are rewarded with the scholarship but i am not sure about the other criterias for the same.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities include: Dance, Theatre and Music. The department of management studies has it’s own Dance team: Dhadak, Theatre team: Zealous Productions and Music team: rang which participates in both departmental, university and outstation fests.
Alumni/Alumna
Our department has an Christ University Mangement Alumini association which is a body which deals with alumini who keep visiting the university occasionally to guide their juniors on various aspects of life as well as career. Our seniors are really helpful as well. We can easily approach them and they always help us.
Faculty
I have a very mixed opinion about the faculty of my college. They are on extreme ends. Some teachers are really understanding and have a very good way of teaching whereas othes lack basic understanding and have a very bad way of student engagement and interaction. There are certain subjects where i don’t need to touch books before exams because the teacher taught so well whereas certain subjects i need Youtube to teach me because the teacher lacked.
