Course Curriculum Overview
I liked cars and engines so I chose mechanical. It's basic and creates curiosity. Plus it's very relatable to real world. I don't think this course needs improvement. Timings are very much for a student, it's 9-5
Internships Opportunities
I don't know about intership much but can say intership will give around 15000-22000 per month salary. Projects here are real world related tasks. And applied physics and communication skills are very easy to learn.
Placement Experience
3rd semester I guess. Maruti suzuki, subros, hyandai, and others. Highest package maybe 4 lakhs and average package is around 2-3 lakhs. 80+ students will get placements. I plan to job in maruti suzuki company.
Fees and Financial Aid
Well, starting from the admission fee, it was 4600 without tution fees. Then, if we want to live in hostel then it take 10400 rs for 1st year. Year wise fees for mechanical is around 10000-15000. Also, there are many scholarship programs and their eligibility based on family income and on caste .
Campus Life
Well, I don't know much cause I'm rookie here, but I see freshers party and teacher's day yet. Books are available in library and very accessible to every students. Plus teachers are very good and understands student's problem that they can't buy books because of family problems so teachers provide them books. Sports and extra curricular activities are offered in campus and teachers are also interested in pushing them in sports. Well, there are class representatives who holds a massive position in class/branch hehe
Admission
Well, my college was near to my place and it was government so I chose it blindly. I didn't seem any rejection and some private colleges were costly. Admission process is all online, registration then merit base list.
Faculty
Well, I can say about mechanical branch. In mechanical, there are 129 students in which female students are 3-5 and leftover are makes. The faculty to students is very good and respectful. We don't have any trouble asking them questions. I like mechanical branch offcourse because it's the only one that I know very well. I don't like electrical branch because of their students are likely to bully others. Talking about exam, we have three sessional and one internal board exam in one semester. Sessional are moderately difficult, few students can fill the exam. But internal exams are difficult, only indepth readers can qualify.
