Likes
- Faculties are great, they are always very helpful whenever you want them for your help.
- College is very serious in terms of attendence and MSTs which is a good thing i guess.
- There are no such things available for making chaos over political and religion stuff, all are equal
Dislikes
- There should be more buses for students because sometimes you will not get seat in the buses and you have to travel like you are travelling in local bus standing
- Book return time span should be increased from 21 to atleast a month.
- There are no such events happening in the college, just study study and study
Course Curriculum Overview
I'm little bit disappointed in terms of the relevancy of the curriculum with repect to our course. It should be more of understanding and not of doing only theoretical portion i guess and the main culprit behind this scene is RGPV
Internships Opportunities
More of the internships are free but it improves our skills and gives us experience of how whole ecosystem works thats the best thing about it. However, if you are more skilled, then you will get paid internships too which will be benificial for you.
Placement Experience
From 5th and 6th sem, you will be eligible for internships where you can sit and from 7th sem, there will be many placement drive ran by the college in which companies like tcs, hitachi, infotech, acenture etc come for the placement. This year total 36 students were placed in basic, gold and platinum package from tcs.
Fees and Financial Aid
So, my entire fee including tuition fee and bus fees is 112000 which is breaked in 98000 for tuition and 14000 for bus facility. Fee for each student is different because there is percentage based scholarship in which there will be some concession given by the college to students who scored good marks in the 12th board. Apart from that, in starting,there will be a couselling in which you will get the course on the basis of the jee percentile. Caution fee taken will be 1500 which will be returned in the last year of the college and there are scholarships for girls, obc and sc/st. For OBC category, it varies from 28 to 30k and sc/st it is 70k
Campus Life
Overall experience is good, college is good and whole environment is good just want some of the changes so that it will be more good and excellent for the students and talking about campus, it is very nice
Admission
For me, where i live, this college is more convenient for me in terms of transportation and fee structure because overall the college is excellent, the fee structure is very convenient for all class people whether they are low or middle class people. Talking about rejection, my first choice was this only because I'm never interested in jee and cracking it for iit and nit.
Faculty
The best faculty from my side is ishanya joshi sir who taught us basic civil engineering, pankaj wadhwani sir for C and kamaal sir who works for college in computer center 3 i guess. There are something around 100 to 150 faculties and student in 1st year are around 700. THERE are 2 msts and end sem, msts are quite easy like you can pass it very easily but end sems are not that much scary but you should study for scoring good, especially in ED and m2
