- I quite liked the environment and surrounding of the College, the staff and the students both are supportive.
- Also, the cleanliness and security checks.
- The behaviour of the staff and facilities with respect to teachers is also so good.
Dislikes
- Some shortage of books in Library although shortly there will be enough books for all the students
- Lack of gymnasium, gym a basic need for a teenager has not been founded yet at the campus.
- The gender ratio of the College. It's quite low it is 70:30
Course Curriculum Overview
I had completed my diploma in electronics engineering, choosing my B.tech in Automation and Robotics ultimately helps me to build a solid foundation in software and hardware industries upon my base of diploma.
Placement Experience
One can be eligible to sit in college placements after completing the 6 sem. Companies like TCS , Microsoft etc. offers jobs here. I'm not sure about the average and highest placement because the first ever batch of this college is going to be graduated in 2025 but the placement sessions and seminars are too good. Most os the students got the placement. My personal plan after completing this degree is tu pursue an MBA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the GGSIPU East Delhi campus is quite similar to every govt. College providing admission in B.tech. The fees for the first year is 1.5 lakhs, fir second year it is 1.79 lakhs, for third year it is 2.01 lakhs and fir the fourth year it will be 2.29 lakhs in total ( including tution fees, lab fees etc.) This few structure is similar for general and OBC category on the other hand there will be concessions for the SC / STs. Also the college provides the facility of education loan , so that everyone could afford an admission in it. Also, there are numerable amount of scholarships which may allow Students to avail most of the education easily and conveniently.
Campus Life
There are a lot of clubs and societies in the campus including the dance club, singing club, roamers club, technical club, non-technical club and many more. One can easily get the accessibility of journals and books in Library through Id cards. For sports and extracurricular activities, we have a seperate sports hall and a sports club too.
Admission
I got this college from E-counselling on GGSIPU official website..I've cleared GGSIPU LEET exam where I've scored AIR 293 , Choosing this college over others is my personal choice because its specialised courses attracted me alot, and I'm also so keened in having a future in it.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is so good. It may varies from 1:55. The faculties are so rich in knowledge and wisdom too. I personally like my mathematics professor MS. Harsha kharbanda, she teaches us Linear variables and algebra. There are a lot of exams like the mid sem, viva , practical and then the final sem exams.
