Likes
- The curriculum designed is good and linent you can easily score good marks. As college is autonomous so its easy to score good as paper are set by same faculty who are teaching you.
- There are some events in the beginning of year like eday freshman orientation and Raas,invento.
- Faculty are supportive and the main thing is palcement is also decent.
Dislikes
- infrastructure is not well developed,there are lot of trees in the cmpus infact the campus size is big but it is not well developed.
- After starting of session there are events but after this there are no events whole year.
- labs facilities are also not good.there are also no sport facilitis in college if you want to play you have to go main campus which is approx1-1.5 km from our college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Electronics and tlecommunication department is good but at the time of admission it is totally based on your jee rank.most of the students are placed in it sector irrespective of branch.there are not well organies labs also students are not intrested in all these stuffs.
Internships Opportunities
students are eligible for internship from 5 sem usually 4-5 comapnies visit for internship internnship opportunituies are upto the mark but thy are decent.this year barclays take 11 students for students ,
Placement Experience
From 7 semester students are eligible for palcements and from 5-6 sem for internships. approx 40 -50 companies visit college.companies like zs associates,ascaler,deutshe bank,barclays,nri fintech,tch mahindra,capgemini,dice and son on.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wisw fees including exam fees of both semester is 90372(5500 exam fees +84832 fees). In first year first sem fees is 46832 which includes 4000 caution money. Breakdown of 84832: 42000 tution fees 36000 maintaince and development fees 6832 University fees There are several scholorships as per your category like MMVY,Postmateric(process of mmvy is slow).
Campus Life
`The annual fest is Akshank which is the central indias central largest fest.it is usually held in month of feb or march. there is library in campus where students can issue 5-6 books for sm.thereare projectors in some classrooms.sports facilities are not upto the mark.the annual sport fest is isc.
Hostel Facilities
The thimgs provided in rooms are one bed.almirah.chair and table. mess food is not upto mark the mess charges are 2500 monthly which includes 2 meal a day and not includes breakfast. hostel accomodation is done on first come and first serve basis. there are several private hostels near college aur if you want flat or room then khandwa naka is near many studnts resides there.
Admission
This is the top 2 nd college of mp goverment also my personal intresr lies in this college as i have researched earlier before going for counselling process.the main fature of this college is placements.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is decent i dont have exact numbers but it is good enough. Some faculties are really good and teachin entertaing way while some are boring the main motto of students here is to pass the exam with good marks they dont care about faculties so miuch. there are total 3 midsems(tests) out of which best of 2 are taken you have flexibility you can also give only 2 tests if you have any problem but 2 tests are necessary or you are not allowed to give endsems.Each test is of 20 marks,usually contains 4-5 questions and endsem is of 60 marks.
