- Coding is great here. Different cultural and technical clubs. Sports is active here. Various grounds.
- Seniors are great and helpful.oppurtunity to go outside to other colleges like iit kgp for spring fest. Iitb for mood indigo and other inter nit competition.

Dislikes
- Peer pressure. Travelling as airport is 1 hour away. No big malls near by. Medium of instruction in hindi. Hindi is a must know here
- Climate here is harsh. Very humid climate.
- Climate here is in 2 extremes. Classes dont have proper ac facilities. Only veg food without egg
Course Curriculum Overview
Some are relevent some are not. They still teach old civil techniques. Teaches unwanted physics chem and maths to studenta. Some subjects are entirely useless and we wont usr them in our life. Environment health, climatr change subjects are there.

Placements are great here. Internships are great. Mostly if you did maintain a good cpi and no bad recorfs then you will get a ppo or placement by 3 rd ywar end or 4th year start. Off campus oppurtunities are also great herr cause of degrees value of mnnit
Fees and Financial Aid
For general the fees is 125000 per year. For 1 lakh or less income its free. For above 1 lakh and less than 5 lakh its 80k something. For mess its 50k per year but mlatly you will get 25k back as mess refund. Then hkstel is 25k and institute fee is negligible. So if you are in general it will be around 8 to 9 lakh for 4 yrs. Then for dasa it is higher around 30lakhs. Yes scholarship oppurtunity is there by state and central government and even private bodies.
Campus Life
The cuktural fsst here is culrav and te hnical fest is avishkar both are nowadays held together in november. Both are teally big events in which for avishkar most of the students will take part. Culrav practice starts 1month before the event
Hostel Facilities
First year hostles are great 3 share or 4 share depending on which floor you got. From 6 th floor onwards you get 3 seater. Theres study room and table for all . Enough room good mess and all other amenities like heater availabe. No inverter. 2nd year you get 2 seater wirh 2 bed and one table. Really small room no space. And 3rd year same room but single seater. Final year really great room with space single seater
Admission
I wanted to go to nit trichi or calicut as its near my home. But got mnnit, i choose it over jaopur nit and othrr nits cause of placemrnt and internship along with its high reputation. The graduvation certificaye here as value
Faculty
The faculty here are of 2 tyoes. One who is energetic to teach, one who just blabs something and goes. Most of them will twch in hindi. They will help us if we need. As normal college its mixed there are all typws of faculties here.
