I have applied to many other colleges by giving preference in the joint seat allocation authority and also applied for CSAB round after which I got this college according to my rank which was expected by checking previous year's cutoff

The curriculum focuses on solving real life problems and the exams are conducted time to time for continuous evaluation process of students with varying difficulty level to track progress of each student

In the college we are give various projects throughout the years to help us gain experience and get internships and placements. The internship opportunities are provided by the college and also can be applied off- campus.

Placement Experience

The placements of my college are excellent and many students are getting high paid packages from on-campus placements. Average packages vary from year to year and it is approximately 20-25 lakhs per annum

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees is 190000 including hostel fees and for mess, seperate fees of 3200 should be paid to avail mess services. This fees is very less when compared to many other institutes and also provides scholarship for eligible students

Campus Life

The campus have various clubs. These includes sports clubs, technical clubs and cultural clubs. The campus has grounds for playing sports and clubs are an efficient way to interact with seniors and make new friends.

Faculty

Helping faculty and great teaching Grading system is based on continuous evaluation and monitors student's progress constantly Teachers are open to doubts and also provide teaching assistants for clarification

One becomes eligible for college placements if he/she in their third or fourth year. The number of companies visits are great like Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , Atlassian etc. These are the good companies which offers great placements. The percentage of students placed are about 85%. My plans after getting a degree is I'll move in tech based companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

Remarks:

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.

Life as a Student of IIITDM Jabalpur

I wanted a National college which should be government, according to my rank in JEE Mains I was getting other Nits and iiits and also some state government colleges but i preferred this because it is in my home city jabalpur No i didn't got any rejections i applied to because this college was my fiest priority and according to my interest. According to your JEE mains rank when you are selected in this college by Jossa/Csab counselling Online physical reporting is done first then within 10-15 days you have to physically report to the college, after it you are alloted your respective hostel to live and from next week classes get started My overall admission experience was really very good, it was my dream college You have to achieve rank under 1.5 lakhs to get admission here if you are from obc category For general category you have to achieve rank under 70000 to come here For sc/st candidates you have to achieve rank under 2 lakhs to come to this college as per previous year cutoff...Read More
