Course Curriculum Overview

4

Specific Learning Objectives are allotted for each lectures covering the topics throughly and in proper sequence and in scheduled manner. Self directed learning SDL are taken where we prepare topics and present infront of the class so that we develop skills like talking infront of audience, learning on our own, self understanding and doubt solving, developing better intellectual. Practical knowledge is also imparted in us very well due to us performing what we learnt in diadetic lectures in laboratory. The exams are timed 2 and a half months apart. We have 2 internal assessment followed by prelims and then around 1 month of preparatory leave and then University exams. We have continuous assessment tests in between for every subject.

Internships Opportunities

4

As mbbs professionals, we get the internship opportunity inour college only. We have an adjoining hospital where we work as intern for a year. Stipend is around 8k but is suggested to change and probably going to increase around 11k anytime soon. But it varies according to the city you are in. You can do research which will add to your CB and awards which helps you get opportunities afterwards.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee is around 5 lakh for obc category and around 9 lakh for general category Developmental fee is around 10k Many scholarships are available for students like for particular category there are different scholarships and schemes and allowances

Campus Life

4

I love this campus. You get everything you would need in the campus. Social involvement is really good. As we come to interact with patients in hospital, we learn the way of conversation with them, their situation, there needs. Classroom has projector, computer and a board. Step sitting arrangement for students. We have turfs for cricket, football and courts for volleyball and basketball. A big ground for all other sports, activities and events. We have two auditoriums. We have student grouos for helping each other out related to events, sports and studies which helps us a lot in being together and growing along.

Admission

This is the college of my choice. I knew the reputation of this college and feel very lucky to get admission in this college. This college has a very good reputation over the years. It is established in 1990 and since then is considered very highly. The admission process is based on the marks and rank in NEET examination which us followed by choice filling of colleges and then when you are selected, you get your documents ready and submit it to college and done, thats it. Admission process after being selected is very easy. Staff here is very helpful.

Faculty

5

Teacher are really good and helpful and friendly. They really help us in studies and understanding the concepts. You can ask for help anytime, be it related to study or any other problem. The course is followed as per the schedule, which is well adjusted to include time for cultural activities and sports and other things like workshops etc. There are 2 internal assessment exams, a prelims and then University exams. There are continuous/formative assessments that are taken other than above mentioned exams, which are more like tests rather than exams. Practical knowledge is also being imparted in us well.
