Course Curriculum Overview
The course that we study can be considered pretty much relevant to our course and curriculum. As our college GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management falls under the Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) , they update us on every change and updation that goes on for syllabus and other activities that are in our curriculum.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities that are offered to us from the college itself are totally based upon the marks and cgpa that we maintain from the start of the college years and it is very necessary for us to take necessary notes about our performances and the skill that we develop. If we fail to secure an internship from the college then we can also go for the internship opportunities off-campus also.
Placement Experience
The Placement offers and placement rate have a very good history in GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management. But even though I fail to secure a job in placement we have a very broad range of tech related jobs out in the world and people who care about the skills that a person has learnt and worked hard to achieve them. In GL Bajaj, students main focus is not just to study but also to learn and develop ourselves from within.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for the 1st year in GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management Btech course is 1,61,300 rupees for the first year and 1,51,300 for the rest 3 years each. We have to pay for 7,500 for uniform separately and 2000 for identity card and 8000 separate for university registration.
Campus Life
We can say that the college life in GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management is a bit hindered because of the strictness that the students have to go through in the starting years of the college. We get to see very less college fest and other activities that are needed for the overall development of the students.
Admission
Firstly like all the other students in India, I also tried giving JEE mains examination and I cleared it too, then I tried my luck in jee advanced exam but I couldn't score good in it , I couldn't even pass the cutoff . Then I decided not to take a drop year for jee. Instead I went for counseling in josaa but it was no good with just jee mains percentile, then I went for aktu counselling and I heard that gl bajaj was a reputed and good college for engineering, so I filled it out for counseling. Hopefully I got the college in the first round only. The highest package was around 58 lpa last year and average package was around 7 lpa . The companies that visited GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management were Wipro ,HCL, samsung, cognizant, globallogic ,etc.
Faculty
The faculty here in GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management are like family to us and vice versa. They're passionate about teaching and making us understand everything they teach. There are around 60-65 students in a class and a teacher for every subject. Above them there are the head of the departments which are available for every type of queries that rise. My favourite teachers until now are Mr.Vineet Kumar Sharma sir , Mrs.Pooja Sharma ma'am and Mr.Bajrangi Maurya sir. Their way of teaching is very much friendly and kind.
