Likes

Eco friendly campus covered with tress .
High-tech labs with top end gadgets provided.
Has a very good canteen and friendly faculty.

Dislikes

Hostel for boys is outside the campus but transport will be provided
Small campus compared to other colleges.
Only vegetarian food will provided in canteen and mess (egg provided)

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum has more of practical periods than theory periods.placement training starts from 2nd year onwards and they help you to get into internships often. They prepare you for sem end exam by keeping CAT exams monthly.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 225000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As I came through management I pay 2.25L annually including bus fees.I friend who came by govt quota pays 90k including hostel . admission fees was 1000 rupees last year (2024).there is no separate fees for labs

Campus Life

Rit's annually cultural event is YATHRA which is celebrated grandly and events like Pongal ,diwali ,onam also celebrated.rit has 19 clubs categorised has 5 department such as tech,social,health, performance related and nss. Clubs encourage students to participate and develop the skills.

Admission

I applied for anna university in Chennai but couldn't find a seat but didn't get the course I wanted (AIDS).As per records rit top the list in aids and placement cell.you can get into rit by management or through councilling.

The student to faculty ratio is 1:10 .the relationship between students and faculty is very good and they are easy to approach.There will be Three CAT exams for each semester unit vise . Most students able to clear the exam by studying one week before exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.
