Likes

This college is nearby to my residence and offer masters too, affordable fees structure.
Flexibility of choosing mornin, day and evening batch.
Good quality of teaching in evening section.

Dislikes

The ambiance and the infrastructure is not that much good.
The locals are dominating the Union section.
Locals ruins the college by just taking admission just to attend freshers and wasting time.

Evening section of this college got a good faculty of commerce and hons (major) students are quite enthusiastic to learn about accountancy and all, the teaching methods are good, exams are held in between 6months interval.

Class Size: 700Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The year-wise fees is around 10,000 including examination fess, tuition fees of per semester is around 3500-4000. I don't know much about scholarship but there is one available it is swamivivekanand scholarship.

Campus Life

We got a freshers party every year, the books in the library are updated always, the facilities in the classroom are good enough we got projector in each and every classroom. We got a small ground where students play volleyball. Union boys are more inclined towards the current political party.

Admission

I've applied for many colleges and got my name on the list as well, but i took admission in this college because, it has a gopd commerce faculty in the evening section as compare to other college and it is nearby to my house irrespective of others. The admission process us basic and normal.

The faculty of every stream is good as well as upto the mark, there is no discrimination between boys and girls, as morning section includes only girls and evening batch got a separate boys section, in commerce stream the faculty are good enough i would likely to mention, CG sir and JK sir are best. There are some internal exams and some external exams both are easy if you had studied well enough, don't know much about how many students fails but the number of students are very less who fails.

i would rate it 3.5/5 it is relevent and covers most of the topic afterall add some more practical and real world could make it even better real world problems don't exist in silos coming subjects like data science or psychology with business prepare students for complex decision making

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements in there 6th semester during 3rd year. The students has to score highest grades and should be capable of any skills and has to showed up in academic skills are eligible for getting placements. Sometimes the federal banks and other service centres approached the college for placing the students. The students from our department are placed in companies like( Tata Consultancy services and Accenture) . I think the highest package and average packages are around 25000. After all, my plans are degree is to getting placed in any reputed companies and further more.

By completing the last semester students are eligible for campus placement. There is a very large number of companies recruited from the campus including IT companies like Infosys, Technocrat, etc. The average package is more than 15k.

Remarks:

The college is well known for inducing skills to students holistically. The facilities work very hard not just to complete the course but to make students fully aware about the subject matter. There is no political influence found in this college.

The best college in calicut city

Remarks:

Our college is the best but the college have not a college bus and a canteen. The students are come to the college with bikes and cars and private bus and students are eating food from out of the college campus and other hotels.

I have choosed this college so that I can reach my hometown with in an hour as my parents have only one child and if they need any presence of mine as soon as possible, then I can run towards them asap I can do. I have received multiple admission calls from various universities and autonomous colleges, I have rejected them as my prefer was I told the early. The eligibility criteria is to attend the entrance exam that is conducted by the university, then they publish the rank list and will call them to join.
