Remarks
As i am 1st year student so i don't positive and negative remarks about the college. The positive thing is the faculty and academics. The favorite thing that attracts everybody is the Students College or Cafeteria.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are not much courses available. The courses offered are B. A, B. Com, B. Sc, M. Com, M. A, M. Sc. There is semester system. There will be the mst's around in september and 1st semester exams in December and result will be declared in around February And March.
Placement Experience
There is separate placement cell established in the college. And the professors also keep them aware about the placements. As in this college there is no B. Tech so there is not much developed placement cell as compared to other colleges as they provide more professional courses.
College Events
There are many festivals that are celebrated in our college . But the festivals i liked the most are sikh festivals as they are new according to me as i have seen first time.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible . As according to B. A i have paid 20K excluding hostel. As compared to all Colleges this is most cheap and feasible college in Chandigarh. As the exam fees and other expenses of colleges is covered in 20k.
Fees and Financial Aid
It is not in my knowledge . But there may be a loan and scholarship facility offered by the college. We can know much about this from party members and other ssniors .
Campus Life
As I Am a B. A student so i don't know much about labs. As there are many activities and all the festivals are aslo celebrated. There are NCC and NSS. There is ample space such as ground and halls for activities .
Alumni/Alumna
They are very helpful. We call them anytime for help. Especially the elected party members are very helpful. They also gave their numbers to students to get any help and course related information.
Admission
Well i got the admission on the basis of my 12 grades. First of all they had to fill the form online and had to get the prospectus from the college. After the applying online the documents are to be submitted at the college and after all the verification we get slip. And at last we have to make the payments online.
Faculty
The Faculty is good and excellent. They are very helpful. As in other colleges they are not concerned but in this they are more concerned as the other school teachers are. They are also very good and have good knowledge.
