Course Curriculum Overview

So far the course has done well in building a foundation in basic principles and widely applied laws, with an aim to go further specific as the course goes on. The first 2 years has significant focus on BA subjects but it becomes heavily legal after that.

Placement Experience

Campus placements are done in the 9th semester A good amount of major firms come for placements including CAM, SAM, Khaitan etc. Packages can range between 12 to 24 lpa 100% of students sitting for campus placements were placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

For foreign nationals from non saarc countries, the tuition fees is 12000 usd. 6000usd for saarc countries 3 lakhs for general. Multiple scholarships are possible to apply for, based on clat ranks or type of reservation

Campus Life

The campus consistently has fests running throughout the year. Mostly regional fests spread out over 2 sems in the year. A reasonably vast library is available from 9am-12am with a large array of books and journals available to use. Campus also has a good culture of multiple sports such as football cricket and basketball

Hostel Facilities

Each room is shared by 2 students. Provided with 2 tables, 2 chairs, 2 cots and 2 cupboards. Hostel cost is around 24000 pa and is compulsory for all students to avail. Food is not too bad but quality does tend to fluctuate.

Admission

I had applied to Nlud as well but decided not to go as nalsar is closer to home and better for corporate. Nalsar primarily accepts admissions from the CLAT exam with cutoffs going into 300s Foreign nationals can apply based on 12th board or equivalent exam marks.

Faculty

Each course comprises of 100 marks per sem 25 coming from project 25 from mid semester exam 50 from end semester exam A total of 50 marks are required for a passing grade. Faculty provides input based on this format

NALSAR is naturally beautiful!

Placement Experience:

Highest package from NALSAR is around 45 lakhs and average is around 12.5 lakhs. Around 90% students are placed only those who fail to clear the exams are the only ones who are not provided placements here. My plans are to do LLM in IP as that holds the best future in Law.

NALSAR is best NLU in the country!

Placement Experience:

Overall every student here are placed and in corporate houses as NALSAR unlike other NLUs where litigation is at the forefront, here it's Corporate LAW. So, i am quite happy and little skeptical too that, i get the top placements as next year onwards as we enter the final year, we will stand qualified for placements.

Nalsar means good things in life!!

Placement Experience:

our Internships and grades as in law studies everything matters. Some students dont do internships on purpose and those students dont get placements even though they are at NALSAR. Students who have done all of it get placed easily with a package of 15 lakhs or more.

NMIMS School of Law is very Nice!!

Placement Experience:

Amarchand, Trilegal, Wadia Gandhy and many more law firms which are among the top law firms in India are ones which takes students from our college. I don't know about average placements at NALSAR but at our college the average is 14 lakhs a year salary.

NALSAR is a GOAT College for Law!!

Placement Experience:

At NALSAR most students are pre taken as during internships we prove that we are made of steel. Corporate houses like the IT firms, the hospitals and manufacturing sector too, you name it and we have such organizations making sure we get the best placements ever. While rest NLUs average placements are around 10 lakhs ours is close to 15 lakhs.

My life at ICFAI LAW Hyderabad

Placement Experience:

There have been excelent campus placements from our college where people have gotten a starting offer of 12LPA as a newbie. Students are eligible for campus placement only in their last semester. If students want to work in their 4th year, they dont provide them attendance for work and are hence unable to pursue serious work. Out of 300 students in a batch, an approximate of 70 people get placed every year. With regard to internships, however, one has to find their own internship. We are given mentors for help in this area but they can only do so much as share lawctopus links that i can find myself. I plan on getting my degree and pursue LLM abroad.

The BA.LLB Course is challenging yet rewarding journey. The journey becomes easier because of talented faculty members who, most of them have Ph.D qualifications. NMIMS Hyderabad, a campus that's on its way

Placement Experience:

Placement for the MBA and B pharma course in NMIMS Hyderabad campus is excellent although for law since only one batch has graduated so far the placement offers have been a bit slow. However the placement committee has done an excellent job everytime during student internship process. There are tier 1 firms that are also currently recruiting nmims students. The only issue is the location of the campus which makes assessment internships difficult. But that issue is temporarily fixed by having the final year students take their classes in the hyderabad city campus to make it easier for them to have an internship and still attend classes

The placements of our college is genuinely great. Even in a bad job market, our college has placed 100% time and again. The average package is also very good, being North of 18LPA. we usually get placed in Law Firms

All things u must need to know about NALSAR before getting into it,

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd semester, you are well eligible for placements. Various company's and firms get into some famous like Amarchand and so on. As an intern, you are not getting that big salary offers but you get a good and sustainable amount of money for work. I think the highest package was offered as 18lac per annum and the majority stick to 13 14 lakhs. 100% of students get placements if they have performed well in every semester. I've decided to work one year as a clerk with a judge and then on to do my master's in law from abroad.

NALSAR is best NLU in the country!

CLAT top scorers if from general category then that is the only way of getting admission in NALSAR. I wish there were two ways to it but sadly there aren't any and that is the most unfortunate thing. Life at NALSAR

I didn't apply to many colleges but applied to nlsiu bengaluru , nuals kochi and RMLNLU in lucknow was rejected from nlsiu in bengaluru and accepted in NUALS kochi and RMLNLU in lucknow all these are top colleges Admissions can be taken by qualifying clat exam which happens once a year I got rejected from NLSIU IN bengaluru, i think it was because of my marks The exam consist of 120 questions and include subjects like english, current affairs , legal reasoning and logical reasoning and quantitative techniques The cutoff for NALSAR is around 90 in general category and for NLSIU is 110 and my score was less than 110 got rejected from NLSIU FOR ADMISSION: write clat and qualify with cutoff marks for NALSAR in exam Counselling process: all over india Choose the colleges you wanna go and wait for results The results are based on marks and colleges selected Go to the alloted college and submit the documents for the course choosen...Read More

NALSAR means dream come true!!

Well, i rejected NLSIU Bangalore for NALSAR as NALSAR was the place I always wanted to be. Admission is from the rank that you get in CLAT as in December every year, the CLAR exams are conducted and by February results are out. From May we can apply and by June we get confirmation too.
