Course Curriculum Overview
Aerospace engineering in bms is very nice, they always focuses on real life application. They use their own jet engine for teaching provided by HAL. The exams happens per month including assignment and presentation. The difficulty level of examination is moderate.
Internships Opportunities
HAL provide internship for bms college students as a junior engineers of flight engineering. They basically teaches the flight mechanism and engineering used in flights. Some domain also focuses on flight aerodynamic for better understanding of movements.
Placement Experience
form 7th sem students are eligible for placements big companies like HAL comes for placements average package for aerospace engineering is 7lacs and highest package is 15lac • around 80% students get placed • my plan is do mtech from abroad
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise college fees 2.65 lac for comedk students and 90 thousand for cet students For every category there 15k registration fee in the starting of 1st year. All other fees are included in yearly fees. There is no registration fees relief for SC,ST College don't provide any kind of scholarship but the can claim the government scholarship like santoor scholarship, SBI scholarship for girls etc. you will get it on Karnataka govt scholarship official page.
Campus Life
My campus life is going great. There is a banglore biggest fest called utsav which happens in bms every year around June. The library is full of different kind of books for vast knowledge. The sports facilities in bms is also very nice. The sports team bms have like hockey, basketball, football, cricket etc
Admission
I wanted aerospace engineering which is basically in very few colleges in india. So i didn't qualified for top IITs and through comedk BMS was the best college I'm getting as per placements and education system. The cutoff rank for bms was 10k. The placement of bms is around 10lacs per annum. I have a great experience of college till now.
Faculty
Every faculty is very helpful to students. They are easily approachable. Like Kishor sir in aerospace engineering block is always available for everyone. There are 3 cie and see exam in college. Cie(unit tests) cover 50% weightage and see covers other 50% weightage
