- Placements in this college are excellent comparing to other colleges and the average package for CSE is 8,00,000 lakhs
- Faculty are very well experienced(i.e. min. 25 years experience). They encourage us in every aspect.
- Campus infrastructure is excellent with good facilities in labs, rooms etc. Amd campus atmosphere also very nice.
Dislikes
- Extracurricular activities are limited and sports competition are conducted limited.
- Exams are very tough and we have to study more and more even for mid exams also.
- Campus is not big as other colleges and ground also small for sports.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose CSE branch based on the demand in present situation and the placements also excellent for CSE. Computer science and engineering, this course explains the different concepts and this course consistes different programming languages which helps us to get job quickly.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies like providence, servicenow, oracle, visa, cisco, amazon etc offers internships with good stipend. Providence provides internship with 50000 stipend. Service now provides internship with 45k and 90k stipends.
Placement Experience
Many companies visit our campus to provide good opportunities to the students. After 6th sem we get good placements and from 5th sem we get internship opportunities. Many top companies like providence, service now, Accenture, wipro etc visit our college and provides many internship and job opportunities.
Fees and Financial Aid
Vasavi engineering college is one of the top college in telangana. Coming to the fee structure the tuition fees is 140000 per year. This fees is common to all branches.Coming to the scholarship government,AICTE is providing scholarship for merit students who got top rank in the entrance exam.
Campus Life
Every year a fest is conducted in our college. This fest is conducted in 3 days. In these three days there are many tech and non tech events on 1st day and traditional day followed by musical night and the next day dj night. Library is available for the students to study different books.
Admission
I applied many colleges and i got admission in other colleges also but i choosed this college as this vasavi is top engineering college interms of studies and also interms of placements. To get admission into this college there are two ways. One way is to score good marks in entrance exam and the other way is through b- category.
Faculty
Faculty are very well experienced and they teach us in a detailed manner to understand the topic in a simple way. They encourage us to participate in each and every activity conducted in the campus. Exams are conducted twice(mid exams) in a year and lastly sem is conducted.
