Likes
- Faculty is good and supportive. They clear all the doubts we have and are easy to communicate and interact. They also give us advice for next year and further studies just like what should we do to get good cgpa and percentage.
- The HOD of 1st year btech is a very good and supportive teacher too. If you have any issue with faculties or study pattern you can approach him and he will try to solve it as quick as he can.
- Facilites like labs are all good . The lab assistants are quick in matter such as computers not working. In workshops we get teachers who stay with us while doing practical to guide students and react if anything happens to them.
Dislikes
- Campus is too small and conjusted. The campus ends before it starts.
- There are very less lifts. If you have class on 6th floor or more then we always get late for class due to only 2 lifts which goes to 6th floor and they all get filled too fast.
Course Curriculum Overview
Well I chose AI and DS as AI have so much scope in future and DS because I want to become a data scientist. Data scientist already helps in many things such as keep data safe, check for viruses , they are not corrupted or they are kept safe in cloud.
Internships Opportunities
As you will enter in college you will get 6 months linkedin premium which will allow your connections in linkedin get high exponentially and having a good chance to get internship through linked in itself
Placement Experience
The placements here are average. Like not many students get placement above 10 lacs as I saw in emails etc that we will get 15+LPA etc So I am kinda disappointed and worried about my own placement that I will get placement of not.
Fees and Financial Aid
the college fee is 191000 and also I have got no scholarship as I was a late admission but before me students got scholarship on basis of 10th percentage. The college is overall good for studies but placement is a problem. No medical leaves are given which is bad as it affects our attendance in college.
Campus Life
Campus Life here Is average as many people just want a fight even if you just met . But some people are good and friendly here. The club activities are good too as club leaders are very interactive and helping. Social aspect wise it is above average as if you have good communication skills you can make some good friends here
Hostel Facilities
The room we got in hostel is average in size. But they gave us cupboards and study table with room so it's a plus point you get in hostel. Mess is hygienic but the food is not good in taste. Well sometimes the water facility here dies and I have to go college without taking a bath
Admission
I wanted a college in Jaipur. As my jee percentile was 98 but my boards percentage was 70 I couldn't get MNIT jaipur. So my last hopes were private colleges and after researching I got 2 colleges to choose First was poornima university and 2nd was jecrc University. Poornima had good reviews in studies whereas jecrc had good reviews in college life so I chose poornima
Faculty
Faculty is good and interactive. They solve all doubts we get. Faculties are chill and they sometimes gives last 5 mins rest to chill or rest. The exams are consistent and gets hard as levels in game gets harder after we pass one .
