Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum doesn't actually prepare you for real life scenarios but the workshops and events being conducted definitely helps you. If you don't yourself take yourself up there to participate , you'll miss out on a lot. Basically if we get ourselves involved, we will learn a lot from this college and the college does encourage you to take part in these events as well.
Internships Opportunities
In Kristy Jayanti college , you will get internship and there are lots of companies that come here. But it'll be different for different courses. Kpmg , Wipro , Deloitte are some of the companies that come here. This can be very useful for the students here.
Placement Experience
In 2023 the placements offered had an average about 6.41 and 7.50 LPA. 80% of students here get placements. My plans is after degree is to get placements directly from college and do my post graduate distant. If I do not get placements, I'll straight go to do pg.
Fees and Financial Aid
First year fees is 125000 , tsecond year and third year fees is 130000 each . In total 485000 for completing the course. The registration fee was 5000, for student outside Karnataka should pay 15000 as additional and 3000 eligible fees. Foreign students should pay 100000 as additional fees and eligibility fees 11000. This is likely not to change frequently.
Campus Life
Kjc most aniticipated event is the ethnic day which happens this year in October. The months will be diffAren't each year. There is lots and lots of clubs and social groups. If you search through them. You'll definitely find people of your interest. The college takes part and host many inter college events. There is enough books and resources for yoh that'll be available at the library.
Admission
I didn't apply to any other college than kjc . I did want to join in Christ but the admissions was open for kjc before Christ. So first I submitted the registration form. Got short listed for interview, gave the interview and got in. All happened within a span of 2 weeks. The got acceptance mail one week after the interview. They had asked us to pay the fees to secure the seat asap. So I had no time to wait for other colleges. I applied here because I heard the academic and non academic stuff here is balanced.
Faculty
The faculty is pretty chill but there are some faculty who's very strict and is not friendly at all. There's mid terms and final sem exam. The questions in exams are pretty easy but still it is difficult to get marks. Even if the exam was easy , it doesn't guarantee good marks
