Remarks
Overall I would say that for a middle class student studying at geethanjali would be a very good college with good technical values.And faculty over here are also very friendly. I would prefer students to go for geethanjali.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our college follows the course curriculum of jawaharlal Nehru technological university Hyderabad. We do have internal exams for theory as well as lab exams. We follow the semester exam pattern. Each semester for 6 months.
Placement Experience
We do have a great opportunities for Freshers and our placements team are also adding companies every year to see that maximum of our college students gets placed. In case of internships our college did not provide any guidance till last year.
College Events
We do have couple of technical and non-technical events . Bhaswara is our technical fest and our college encourages every year students equally. And VIBGYOR is our annual fest where we have alphametica, numerical and official dance crew of our college give their performance and it's a rocking event once a year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As of now our college is an autonomous body I am not aware of this exact fee structure but when I was in my graduation 69500 was our yearly fees. I would not say it is expensive but middle class people can afford this fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes our jawaharlal Nehru institute of technological university Hyderabad provides scholarship for the toppers of the college and which I would say is the best way to give scholarship. Students who top the college and students from low economical background, scholarship will be provided.
Campus Life
Yes our college do have a very good infrastructure and we have sports to students and we do have inter college competitions and the students who perform well will be given a chance to represent college at college level competition's. We do have a very good lab facility and our college do conduct NSS camps etc.
Alumni/Alumna
As I am not even one year I cannot comment on the alumni network but all the students who got placed will be invited for the alumni meet once a year. That day students and faculty can cherish their moments when they were in college.
Faculty
We have a very good faculty at geethanjali college of engineering and technology. For each and every branch we have head of department who are very experienced people in their respective fields. In fact geethanjali college is the only college in twin cities to have highest number of PhD's faculties.
