- Only few students in the college and 3-4 faculties that's it.
Dislikes
- About infrastructure and facilities, the classes are so dirty that you won't like to sit on the desks which have turned black from every corner and touch any spot with your finger and see how much dirt is there. Dirty drinking water tank with germs.
- I can't remember anything that I would like to appreciate in this college. Only few students are good and deserve appreciation otherwise everything is just unbearable.
- Taps and flush in any of the loo isn't working and so dirty washrooms. Food of hostel contains cockroach, cloth pieces, many insects and many more things except taste and hygiene. Only fees is increasing and quality is worst.
Course Curriculum Overview
At first I was very enthusiastic for learning programming languages and how the computer works and impacts our lives. But the syllabus curriculum and the way of teaching of the college is so poor that we don't get an exposure for enhancement in our knowledge and skills. The lab session is so poor that students just end up sitting idle for the whole lab session doing nothing as the computers doesn't work and although after carrying our own laptops the faculties are not willing to go for lab session.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year-wise fees of my college for my course is Rs118500. The tuition fees is approx 106000 and the rest fee is for development and lab fees. The people from Uttar Pradesh get a scholarship for having domicile of Uttar Pradesh. There is no scholarship for financial aid students and there is no merit for students who belong to outside Uttar Pradesh. If you pay the whole fees at one time before the deadline (i.e. almost 10-15 days after the previous year exam and before starting the session) then you get a discount of Rs6,000 otherwise you will have to pay the whole fees. From year 2024 they have provided AC in the classes and hence the fees has increased for the upcoming students right from 2024 batch. There is 0.001% opportunity for the placement and there is no way to enhance your skills while studying in this college. You will just have to complete 80% attendance and useless assignments that won't even help for the semester examinations, what to expect for placement.
Campus Life
First one is freshers in which 1st and 2nd year students are allowed. Further there is an annual fest and every year Mata ki Chauki is held. These can be held in any months according to the orders from college. About accessible books, that's one of the worst thing in this college. Only one set of (very very old edition) books you'll get every semester which won't help you even for semester exams and except that there is not a single book you'll get to study and neither you'll get journals nor any other book item. The extracurricular activities are just for name nothing is seriously taken or done.
Admission
I had many good options for the college from another states in India but because of some personal issues I had to move here and I ended up choosing this college which I think is worthless. The admission process firstly is through direct admission and you can also apply for councelling after JEE exam. And if we talk about cut off then if you get 52%ile or 80% ile in jee both of the students will end up here through councelling which is worthless.
Faculty
There is a huge shortage of faculties that for few subjects there is no faculty and one faculty has to teach two subjects or more which create lots of disturbance as the teacher couldn't make understand the subject that they were not supposed to teach. Few faculties are good and they have good relationship with students. Dr. SP sir and Dr. Anshumala Ma'am teach maths and they are very good teacher not only in teaching but they are good in nature as well and both of them have good relationship with students. A physics faculty KP sir is also a good faculty.
