Likes
- Irrespective of scores I think students should never look beyond DDUC. It's better than top rated DU colleges in terms of activities and studies and soon will be better than them in placements too.
- If one wants to vroom himself/herself then DDUC is for them as activities here are a never ending thing.
- Two canteens and one can be spoilt over the choose to make in which canteen should I be eating.
Dislikes
- Though this is not something I should be complaining about but outsiders ration here is lesser than other top colleges of DU.
Course Curriculum Overview
Management studies is my ambition and therefore I decided to do it from the UG level. Our course i feel is as good as BMS from Bangalore or Mumbai University for that matter as my friends are there and we often discuss our syllabus. I thinks ours is slightly better than theirs even though we are the late entrant in the introduction of this course.
Placement Experience
After Training and Placement cell thinks that our CV has enough stars they start sending us the links to the interviews. Almost all the banks that are operational in Delhi are the ones who are interested in hiring BMS students. Axis Bank and ICICI Bank among the private banking space are the ones that hired maximum students in last two years placements record.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for doing BMS from DU is indeed the highest and still just 35k a year. Arguably the best bet on earth is this as in all we will be paying just around a lakh and will end up getting placements of 10x of it. For students of inferior communities the fees is in some cases half or even lesser at times.
Campus Life
Though it may sound strange but yes apart from one regular canteen we do have an amul parlour inside the campus. Ice creams are served more in the campus than Rajma Chawal as Amul Parlour is always crowded. From a world class badminton court to volleyball net, studnets have enough time to go and have a ball. If one is not interested in sports then there is our annual event Kalrav which gives all the drama and dance society students to perform and grab the eyeballs.
Admission
For BMS DDUC is the best and I was specifically targetting that. My score was 720+ and it was enough to get both and that is college of my choice and also the course of my choice. Admission process ke through CUET as there's no other way. Gone are th days when 12th marks were evaluated but now its entrance that is mandatory.
Faculty
Faculties are exceptionally talented here and some of them holds an experience worth over 20 years or more. Most of them are IIM graduates and have done enough research papers that calling them Doctorate would be demeaning them.
