Likes

There were no ragging incident that took place throughout my course.
The campus was well maintained with all basic amenities
The library and computer lab was well equipped

Dislikes

There was lot of commotion as the college is situated beside railway station
The common canteen was not hygienic enough
The washroom is not cleaned on a regular basis

Course Curriculum Overview

I was always leaned towards learning market strategies and finances which made me opt this college. The curriculum prepares the students for real world circumstances by conducting moot business meetings. Projector based classrooms would be a great addition.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees per semester was rupees 10100 There were no such fee structure provided to us there was just - Course fee = 10000 Internet facility fee = 100 These were the only two particulars provided to us...

Campus Life

Every year the college conducts freshers party, farewell party and ofcourse Saraswati Puja Celebration. Also annual cultural fest and sports was annualy held where inter as well as intra departmental activities took place.

Admission

I applied for Siliguri college of commerce and Inspiria, Siliguri. But as Coochbehar College was nearest to my home and it has high affordability and what I heard from the alumnus that it has great faculty for BBA.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is 1:10. The professors were easily approachable be it any doubt regarding lectures or publishing journals. One of the faculty which I liked the most was Prof. Shankar Saha because he helped me to excel in my studies. There were total 6 exams throughout the course.

Students of 3rd year are eligible for placements. Though higher placements are offered to students of 4th year. Top companies like Deloitte come to the college to recruit students. For the year 23-24 70+ companies came to the college for recruitments and 500+ offers were given over all the departments. I aim to do my MBA after getting the degree but depending upon the placement I get plans might change

Stepping stone to success

Placement Experience:

Now i am pursuing BBA in final year, from the 3rd semester i gotten the opportunity for internship in Godrej. And many companies came here like Honda, Tata, Dhoot Transmission pvt ltd.etc.Atleast 90% student getting placement from here, company came here and selected the eligible students for their organization. My plan after getting the degree is i want to study deeply about finance and HR, so i want to fo MBA.

An overall experience of college

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college is average. Many well known companies do come for campusing like Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc. They offer an average package of 200000 LPA. The highest package is around 600000 LPA. Percentage of students getting placement is 45% My plan after getting the degree is pursuing MBA..

Techno India University is best college

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements . Mostly visited companies are Wipro , Infosys, TCS, Pwc, Bandhan Bank, etc and the average package offer to students is 5-6 Lakhs. 40-50% students with high cgpa got direct College placements and 20-30% students got intership. My plan is go for higher studies in MBA after this BBA course.

LIFE IN TECHNO MAIN SALTLAKE

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester the students become eligible for campus placements like tcs, cogzinent, Godrej, berger, Wipro and many more. The highest package was 50000 and the average package was 12000 according to students percentage throughout the semesters and knowledge. Very less students get placement while other go for MBA. While my plans after getting the degree is to pursue MBA cause it has more scope than BBA single degree

Placement Experience:

From second last semester students get internship opportunity and from last semester they cab get placement opportunities. Few students choose to go to do own business. And rest chose to go for placement. Their area many company visit for placement like tcs , pwc, Wipro, nivida, IBM, and many more prestigious mnc and companies come. Highest package is 15lpa and average is 8lpa. Number of students get placed is 98%.

I heard about this college have some very good course. Academic majors are available.Affordable cost for taking admission.It is near from my hometown. Average classroom infrastructure.
