A Very Good Goan College for future engineers

Im currently pursuing Electronics and Computer based on what i feel the computer part i have learnt a lot of software techniques and skills that i need for my future and even the electronics part even tho i am more inclined towards the software part i still have found it usefull. I feel the course should being in the newer subjects and learning to teach. This can help in acctually gettijg on witht the ongoing forward world.

The college is linked with Vannillakart that provide internship to students who havent found an internship yet. Besides they have links with other companies that provide internships to students. These companies further give job to the students based on their performance.

The Campus placements are not great but pretty good for a Goa based College. The highest package was 14lpa till date and mostly companies come with various packages. Visteon made an offer of 7lpa and other few companies who brought packages for students. After getting the degree i am planning to work and get a job either through college or by applying.

The tuition fees for our batch is right now 21k ruppees but normally it was 70k ruppees. Gradually it is increasing over the years. Right now i believe it stands somewhere around 90k ruppees for our branch.

The college community is very active with a tech event, a cultural event and a sports event held during the even and odd semester. Many people gather from different years and make connections through these events. The college also has a centrwl library with various kinds of books. They even provide e-books.

I wanted this college because no other college offered the course i currently am in i.e. Electronics and Computers. I wanted to try hardware and software at the same time so i decided to go for this and I got it. The eligibility for us was a state entrance exam which we answered and based on our rank we got placed into the college of our choice and in my case i got a rank good enough so i could enter into this college.

The faculty members some are good some are bad. There are some faculty members who are very helpful. They will help you with whatever you want help with and also help to clear your doubts. Our course has 4 total exams 3 IA's and one semester exam. If someone doesnt manage to clear a semester exam they are given a back with a chance to reapear again. If he manages to fail 3 times then he gets a block.
