Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course, extension and communication offers students insights on the out of the school premises education conducted and also about how communication takes place in the real world and as an extension educator or communicator what are your roles towards the society and in the community. I don't think there is any requirement to suggest teaching styles it's already doing nice work and about the difficulty level as far as my experience anybody can write easy after reading out the notes Onces or twices or even if you have attended the lectures with focuse...exams are not that difficult i think

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees that I have paid is Rs-8990 including tuition fees, registration fees , admission fees , and other fees in total. There is scholarship available for the students whose family income is 1,50,000 or less than this for those scholarship is available.

Campus Life

3

Meeraki is being conducted August , raatri before navratri as an garba festival is being conducted October and educational fares are also being conducted July. Department library has books but only related to the subject and not other books. As per the facilities concern classrooms are average and media lab is also been provided to work with desktop for the assignments under the supervision of the incharged teachers projector facilities is also there . There a whole department dedicatedly for sports and extracurricular activities. There are department pages present on different social media platforms.

Admission

On the first place itself I had chosen this college...but gea initially I was planning for some other course but then the seats were already full so I took admission in the department of Extension and communication and i don't really regret my decision. And there's no point of rejection because I had not applied elsewhere. Anybody who has cleared Schooling till 12 th can get admission through the GCAAS online platform and there's no exams conducted for the selection I must say the admission process overall was good . As initially when I decided for this college I was already late and all the admission lines were closed but the Deen of the faculty was kind enough to listen to me and understood my situation then she had again opened the admission lines for me and I had fill out all my details from her desktop only .

Faculty

3

My course comes under the faculty of family and community sciences and the faculty members of the college seems nice until when they are not answerable for any difficulty situation, The course structure is very understandable to the students I feel the delivery about the same through faculty members is done quite nicely and about the exam system. Because of the NEP new education policy there are mid semester and end semester exams are conducted and for the practical subjects evaluation is done on the basis of attendance and assignment done for the subject

This includes subject like genetics ,molecular biology, immunology and others which strongly influence my decision to choose this course. It prepares students for well further academic education like MSC and research based fields.Teaching methods can be improved by adding interactive sessions, case studies, handson practice. This college includes internal exams such as unit test ,assignments, practical exams and end semesters exams which help students to stayed focused on studying. There are less difficulties faced by students who attend lectures on regular basis.
