The semester fee when i was enrolled for bcom evening is 31485 per semester In which 26985 is tuition fee And 3000 is for admission fee and the caution deposit is almost 1500 but now tuition is almost 29500 per semester yes it is increasing per semester

Our college is famous for organising best annual festivals in Kolkata. The most famous festival in this college is UMANG which is held in December, they typically bring actors or singers in UMANG and the festival held for 4 days. There are many festivals that our organise one of the festivals knows as DHAMMAL. Our college is library is luxurious and have variety of books. Library is around of 5000 sqft Our classrooms are big enough and each classroom is airc conditioned and there is smart boards for better learning Our collegs is also active on sports and there is variety of sports like basketball, cricket, table tennis , archery, football and more and more..

Before applying to Bhawanipur college i chose to apply St xavier college kolkata and Scottish Church kolkata, so after getting rejected from st xavier college kolkata due to not having maths in class 12 although my percentage was 90.75%, so after that I applied for scottish church college and i get selected but i heard that strictly required 75% attendance so i opt out that college and select bhawanipur college because in this attendance is not mandatory so it is fine for me. The admission process of bhawanipur college that you have to fill up the form, the form is come just 1-2 days after the board results declaration and after a month they publish a merit list for the selected students, usually if you have more than 65-70% you will get into this college. The overall admission experience is okay for me.

The college have almost 164 faculty and 3000 students in B.Com Dilip shah the dean of the college is the best one in the college the person is very calm and responsive and down to earth Meenakshi mam is the worst in the college because of her unnecessary rude behaviour Our college take tutorial/pratical exam before the semester exam in which they used to fail the student. The semster exam is conducted by Calcutta University they are very very strict in checking the paper and they more likely to fail you in the semester
