About the pros and cons at our college

The positive reviews about our college are that the environment in our college is good because our college is located far away from the city and in an which is less polluted and surrounded by trees and we have a good time that we spend at our college. The negatives are that as it is located far away from city there is a problem with the transportation and there are no hospitals nearby in case of any emergency and the hostel facility in our college is not that good.

In our college for every semester we have 5 theory and 3 practical subjects in which the praticals are conducted at our college and we have to appear at our exam centre and write our external semester exams. In our college we have two mid term exams and one external semester exam for every semester.

The placements on our college are not that good compared to other colleges. We get startup companies for placements for ON CAMPUS placements. But we have TASK which is an initiative by telangana government helps us to get to the companies like amazon, infosys, deloitte and some major companies through POOL CAMPUS DRIVES. This helps us to showcase our talent and get placed in good companies. Yeah in our college we get some internships but we are not paid for doing that instead we get a certificate that we can add in our resume to get job experience.

In our college we celebrate events like Freshers day for juniors welcoming them to the college by seniors, Technical fest through which we get a chance to meet professors from universities, Sports meet by which we have various sports competitions by which the people interested in sports get a chance to prove their talent and they get awarded by our chairman, Traditional day by which we celebrate all traditional festivals of various religions together and Farwell for the passed out students by their juniors.

The fee structure in our college is afordale. We have to pay 60,000 rs as tution fee in which many of us from backward classes get scholarship of 35,000rs and extra 6000rs as scholarship for BC, SC and ST students. And we have to pay jntuh fee of 5,500 rs in first year and 2,500 rs in 2nd, 3rd and 4th years. And we have to pay 3,000 rs as NBA to get NBA accredited certificate. We have to pay 800 rs as exam fee every semester. We have to pay 4,000 rs extra in final year for CRT classes that help us to develop our skills so that we could get a good job.

We get scholarships offered by the telangana goverment by which students of all categories from backward classes get a scholarship of 35,000 rs which will be reduced from our tutuion fee. And the students of BC, SC and ST categories get an extra 6,000 rs scholarship every year. And pur chairman supports us by reducing the fee if we have any financial problems.

We have extracurriculars like sports, industrial visits and labs. We have grounds for playing outdoor games like cricket, volley ball, basket ball, badminton and sports rooms to play indoor games like chess, carroms and other indoor games. We go to industrial tours once for every two months in ehich we visit the companies that are related to our course and we get to know how those companies recruit their employees and their work structure. We hall labs with the basic equipment requied to get our projects done.

The hostel facility in our college is not that good because it is covered by forest in which we have a problem of snakes and the water facility is not good that we get skin problems due to that water. And the maintainance of hostel is not cared much as our college. The food is worst and we dont have any other sources to get food and if we want to eat outside we have to travel upto 10 kms to get a hotel to eat food.I dont recommend the hostel. In a scale of 5 i will rate the hostel with 1.5.

Yeah, we get a lot of support from our seniors and they support is with the academics, extracurriculars and they help us with the subjects that we have problem with. They are very friendly to us and there is no ragging going on in our college. Yeah the seniors are very helpful to us and they are very jovial.

Ueah the faculty of our college are average and they are friendly with us so that in case we have any doubts in our subjects and help us with the practicals and explain concepts pratically by showing them to us. The faculty are very supportive and it feels good to be in this college. We have well educated staff with minimum qualification and they teach us well.
