Pretty Average

I love this college but it can improve in a lot of things. MU as a whole and students have potential to do good in career but due to lack of infrastructure we fail at times but we’ll grow and become the best.

Course Curriculum needs to be upadated by University of Mumbai. It’s not that practical based as compared to what a media course is in other good universities. Exams- internals 25 marks and external 75 marks per semester. 6 semesters in BMM.

In-house internships like videography, marketing, logistics and event management are available in our college itself. Campus selection isn’t that good in every college of Mumbai because of high number of media students.

Cutting Chai is the biggest media festival of Mumbai. Other events are also conducted regularly. But, Cutting Chai is love. Dance, Yoga etc event starts from MU and other institutions also happen regularly.

Feasible. For BMM, it costs something around 17,000 a year which is pretty good for the exposure and experience it gives in the media foothold city of Mumbai. If you’re and outsider, living expenses would be high.

I am in a self financing course and hence I am unaware of scholarships but yes our teachers get us events, internships, training etc. sometimes those aren’t Paid and sometimes not. The experience in what matters during graduation.

A lot of sports including basketball, football etc are being played by the students. A Multipurpose sports gymkhana is present in our college which has yoga, body building Equipments and a lot more. Events also occur in regular intervals.

We are not that connected with Alumni but the seniors of our college are pretty good. Friendly enough to spend time with and also helpful in times of need. They guide us in events and also help us to learn new things.

The Heads are very good in teaching. The other lectures and guest faculty are also quite well. They need freedom from this current curriculum of MU to teach better. They are interested in practical teaching too. They motivate us for our dreams.
