- Best balance between college and extracurricular as there are lot of opportunities.
- Good placements comparatively, even though the placements drive was quite poor with less number ot companies students with no standing arrears got an offer,

Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum makes sure you learn all the basics you need to survive in a corporate world. but it depends on one's own efforts to master a particular skill as all the curriculum covers only the basics.
Internships Opportunities
There were many internship opportunities from Paypal, Fidelity, Citi Bank and few more with stipend from 35k per month to 1L per month. all the companies preferred working on both front and back ends and some on data warehousing.
Placement Experience
The placement drive starts right after the start of 7th semester. Provided you have no standing arrear there is 100 percent probability of placements in any one of tue company with a decent package to start with
Fees and Financial Aid
Two categories for tuition fee Through anna university - 125000 per year Through management- 190000 per year Many scholarships available including AICTE, Rural scholarship Hostel fee starts at 75000 per year for shared room with no AC and goes upto 140000
Campus Life
We have one cultural fest in the month of march called Instincts and it happens for three days. And another technical fest in the month of october or november called Invente for 2 days. And other extra curricular club celebrations
Hostel Facilities
Hostel looks average you get two sharing and three sharing options with common restrooms and single rooms with common and attached restrooms. Food is below average, you get non vegetarian food thrice in a week.
Admission
In Tamilnadu after IITM and NITT I would suggest SSN over CEG because of the spotlight you get from teachers and regular classes with a better infrastructure particularly for computer science based courses
Faculty
There will be approximately 20 faculties in a department which is not so bad. probably one teacher will teach 2 to 3 students for different classes.there are faculties who likes to make you learn subjects in a practical way with your own approach. the course curriculum is good except few courses. We have 3 internals exams out of which best 2 is considered
