I took AI and ML because I liked this field and the course is very relevant to what I wanted to study. The curriculum prepares you to tackle real life problems using AI and ML . The teachers are bit too fast so you have to keep up but they will help you if you reach out.

Our college have a great internship drive. Companies like Wipro , dell , nvidia come and provide internships opportunities for children. They provide internships for all departments and you also get work from home

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements and you can also apply for internships from 5 th semester. Many major companies visits Bms such as hcl , dell, Wipro , tcs etc. more than 95 percent students gets placed every year with good packages. My plan is to get a good package if not then I'll go do higher studies abroad

The tuition fees in BMS College of Engineering is 2.8 lakh per year if you are taking admission through comedk . For kcet students it's under 2 lakh and for international students also it's a bit less. The admission fee, caution fee etc is all included in the 2.8 lakh. For my friend who took admission from kcet, his fees was around 1 lakh for ece branch so it's quite less for kcet students. If your rank is high you can also get scholarships and you fees will be a bit less. There's also merit cum need scholarships

The campus life is the best in bms as you can do all sorts of things here . Our cultural fest Utsav is one of the best college fest in Bangalore . There are many events happening all year round in which you can participate. Our tech fest phaseshift is also very good. The library has all kinds of books you need be it academic or novels . The library is a safe space for you to study or write some book. The classrooms are all good with projectors and screens . The seminar hall is used for lectures and events. Bmsce has almost all sports teams such as basketball,football, handball, volleyball, throwball, badminton and many more. There are also many student clubs for all types of department. You also have an anime club if you're into that

I live in a pg cause i was not able to get an hostel. That's a downside that not everyone gets the hostel . It's a long procedure and they are also a bit expensive.my pg is nice and the food is also nice . Hostel food I have heard from my friends is very good

I applied to vit vellore , I got into Manipal but I chose Bms because firstly they have good average package, campus life is nice , college is quite chill. I didn't take in vit because there are almost 5k students in just computer science branch so there will be a huge competition for jobs whereas in Bms there are only 1k students in cs. Manipal was not for me

The faculties are very approachable and they will help u solve any of your doubts be it academic or some other thing. Especially our department's faculty is very friendly and the seniors are also very helpful. There are 3 CIE(continuous interval exam) and one SEE(semester end exam) and you have to have at least 40 percent in you SEE
